It's been posted and discussed before ... originally back in February.

Seems the "creator" of this and other similar-type videos has an "uncanny" tendency of always "capturing" ufos on video whilst looking at the moon over the ocean. "Oddly" enough it almost always seems to at the same angle with the moon in the same phase.
