Symposium: Why do so many Jews still vote Democrat?

www.americanthinker.com

More and more often, I am getting asked by Jews (conservative) and non-Jews alike: Why are American Jews still aligned with the Democratic Party, why are they backing Obama so fervently, and why are they so incredibly hostile to American Christians, who have never harmed them? I've run out of ideas for answers. I can easily trace the history of the Jewish allegiance to the Democratic Party and I can explain the traditional, pre-20th Century Jewish wariness of Christians, but I cannot explain how, in the 21st Century, these views still hold.

I dont have much experience with this website, but so far it seems quite alligned with the right. I found this ascertation to be very true, and the comments are quite informative as well.

It seems socialist style policies have been rooted into at least modern Jewish history dating back to WWI. Why? Wouldnt have a clue.

What I have found more interesting though, is the fervent zionist beliefs stapled in the religious right, which mostly seem to be made up of fundamentalist Christians. These people are commonly known as Christian zionists. So my main question is why haven't these two groups made an alignment?

Or have they? Could the zionist Christian right and the Jewish left be the cart and horse behind the veil of partison politics?

You are too new.

HHHmmm...been aroun dsince 07...didnt realize that was new...

There were more Bush trashing threads than Obama so far by a long shot.

oh indeed...I remember them quite clearly...

The problem is the position is corrupt, no matter who fills it, you are new so all you've seen is Obama.

Sorry, but Im confused as to what this statment has to do wit hthe article??

You had a loaded question, so you got a loaded answer

I dont think you read the article..it may help to read it before relpying..as for th erest of your reply..well...shrugging my shoulders seems to be the only reply coming to me...

As for the blurred flag. It has never been like that before with any other thread I have created. But luckily enough I got a mod to answer..thanks for the input though...I guess...

Typical israeli supporter reply, only pick out the ones you want to answer.

...wow..when did I say i was an "Israel supporter"? I have no stance on the issue of Israel being a state. The only thing I care about is American foreign policy that is affected by israel. Im an isolationist and could care less what israel is or does...

Not my problem about whether your so worried about Israel while your head firmly planted in the sand...

read the article...then comment...but the requirement is you must first learn to read...good luck with that...

But I guess that's what you do when you can't win a debate as it's quite hard to defend a guilty article.

this is hilarious..Im not looking for a debate. Im looking for good commentary from knowledgabel people... Im still looking...

The statement about who was in the office at the time was a reply to your comment about you wanting to believe that ATS was leaning to the right,

huh? ATS leaning to the right? What the hell are you talking about? Do you know?? Are you talking to me?

Do you not understand the first post is an article written by American thinker...Do you think that is me? Your not even on the same playing field here bro..

Do me a favor and try to reply with something relevant to the thread...

edit for typos

Not really a newbie mess up. You said this website, what you meant to say was THAT website.

When you said this website it looked as if you was speaking about ATS.

If you don't care about israel, why do you care about Jews voting for people that support israel so much to start a whole thread about it?

Man, I dont know what to tell you..maybe you are just dunce?

This thread is about jewish Americans. Not Israel. You are no where near being on topic...

I care about jewish Americans because they vote and therefore influence American policy. It is reqally that simple.

You want to start a thread about your views on Israel feel free...no need to continue on with your off topic drivel here...

Your telling me its not obvious Im talking about the source website? When the rest of my comments are about the source website?

Are you kidding?

edit to add:

I first posted this in the news section, and therefore the second post was actually part of my first...the moderator moved it to the political section...maybe that is where the confusion came in...

still seem sobvious to me though..

Dont worry about it. It seems you are on the prowl for an arguement. From your personal attacks so far on this thread I'm just going to play it safe and hit ignore.

Hope you find someone who wants a back and forth.
