"Chemtrails" are contrails and they've been around since jet engines were created. For some reason in the last few years people have started to think they aren't normal.

Missed your question earlier....sheesh!! Impatient much?

This has been asked and answered numerous times already.

Just as the temperature and humidity at certain altitudes and regions isn't always suitable for contrail formation (or cirrus clouds, for that matter) the air above you is not homogenous, either.

Water vapor is usually invisible to the eye, you admit that, yes?

SO, merely looking at the sky, and watching an airplane fly overhead, you can only infer that the air is fairly humid BECAUSE the contrail is formed.

Also, air is layered, and the amount of moisture each layer holds will vary.

It will vary horizontally, and vertically. Layers may slope, relative to the surface of the Earth.

When watching a high-altitude jet, and seeing the contrail begin, and end, can be from the mere fact that it is climbing/descending through areas of higher humidity, thus the contrail "starts/stops".

ALSO, at the same altitude, as mentioned, the airplane will pass through regions of higher humidity, then less humid, causing the same effect.

It's really that simple.

I have seen MY OWN contrail many times...sometimes right after a turn, when it's possible to see behind the airplane at an angle, sometimes indirectly, because I could see the shadow on the ground. USUALLY most obvious over the deserts, because the background is so uniform.

AND, many many OTHER airplanes passing by, making nice contrails.

I can assure you, we had NO TANKS onboard to carry any sort of odd "chemicals". No switches to activate valves or pumps. No circuit breakers on the CB panel, nothing in the Airplane Manuals, no training on it. And, beleive me, we get a LOT of training, there is NOTHING on the airplnae that we don't understand, or don't know about.

THEN, there is the weight issue (and balance). ANY item onboard has weight. Weight is an issue, of course. ALL weight is the enemy, when it is unnecessary. Added fuel burn, contrary to fuel conservation efforts that are so important today, with the high cost of fuel. ANYTHING that is opnboard, and leaves for any reason, also will change the balance.

You will notice that fuel on jetliners is concentrated (laterally) mostly where it is closest to the Center of Gravity of the airplane. This way, as fuel is burned, the CG is minimally affected.

ALL of the available space inside the airframe is already spoken for, fuel tanks, equipment, passenger and luggage/cargo areas. There simply is NO PLACE to "hide" any "chemical" apparatus.

Sounds reasonable.

Most of the time the intentions are good I am sure.
Its those times when they are not, that worries me.
These weapons exist we agree on that, are they used indiscriminately?
Or even intentionally?
I guess we'll have to let everyone make up their own mind.
Never hurts to ask questions though.

How do you explain video of contrails formaing and spreading out in world war 2 then?

Most chemtrail believers claim that this never happened prior to 1996...coincidently when the internet was taking off, and conspiracy theories were more readily accessed

He doesnt shut it off, the plane simply moves into a dry air pocket. Explain he can shut off something and then restart it so quickly. Remember these planes are travelling quite fast

This can't be a serious contribution to the thread. Do you realize that a plane's engine can go idle, just like a car's? Planes do have the ability to glide..

Yes, in 1944 they were spraying chemicals into our atmosphere. You do realize this was a time when people thought smoking cigarettes was good for you right?

I don't know WHY I try....

We have been over this dozens of times, air is different everywhere.

Your eyes cannot see the difference in relative Humidity...water vapor is INVISIBLE, it becomes visible when it condenses out of vapor status to ice or liquid. It is that simple!

Lying, ignoring, deflecting...serve no purpose. Intentionally misunderstanding serves no purpose.

What part of the fact that these were Bombers in a World War on life-or-death missions will you refuse to understand, or just play games about?

Taking off on their missions, ones that they had every chance of DIEING on...the airplanes were at MAX weight...with the ordinance, and fuel required!!

Really. There are people with reasonable questions, and those who contribute value to these threads. YOU do neither.
