Well strangely I remember even before I learned anything about 2012 and all the theories that go along with it.

I was jokingly talking to someone about it and saying "imagine if the poles shift...all those people with beach houses are pretty screwed..."

And sure enough I later read about the pole shift.

I am not suggesting I can predict the future....all I know is that at times I get a feeling about something and then it appears as though I am drawn to finding something or someone else that confirms/shares these feelings.

No, I don't think I have any kind of special powers.

All I am saying is this is where it all kind of started. It began slowly, and now I can see all kinds of possibilities.
I keep leading back to a feeling that something big is going to happen.

For the past while I've found myself looking around for answers....and most recently I've landed here on ATS.
I see lots of different perspectives and all sorts of mind expanding things.

Within all of this I try to find "truth" based on my feelings and perhaps from that little inner divine voice.

I can't shake the feeling that we'll be seeing some interesting things in upcoming years.

It may relate to spirituality (not in the religious sense), realizing we're not alone, or the end of the world.

It could be almost anything.
But, I assume it will be something effecting a large sum of people.

I am trying to love many things.
I find I laugh a lot more now.
I am such a human though. It's crazy.

I am this soft, smelly thingy running around thinking things and I have no idea what's going on.

I have such an odd view of the world I admit.

We're all animals. Talking animals.

Aaaah, we're all so ridiculous. Does anybody see this? It's so funny to me.

Even those Evil people who are really running the show here. Like WTF?
Settle down! Who do they think they are? I mean, don't they create as much fecal matter as the next guy?

What a stupid place this is. How can we take ourselves seriously? I really can't take people or myself seriously unless we begin to talk deeper.
Other then that just thinking about how ridiculous we are just makes me crack up.

All this started for me several years ago - probably because I'm so stubburn. lol But in this time, so much has happened. So many changes in my awareness. Expect that too, to an extent. But most of all, keep your thoughts as much as you can on what you want things to be like in the future. Those thoughts will assist in making things what they will be - as usual, but more so. Think about how free we could be. When you really get into it, you'll see just what kind of a prison we've been living in and you'll understand why it shouldn't be this way. This is our world, each and every one of us.

Unfortunately, (i really and sincerely hope i'm wrong) i don't think the 'It@ that people are uncounciously feeling, and increasingly becoming more aware of on a conscious level, is about spiritual awakening or elevation (it would be fantastic if it was), i think what people are sensing (exactly how this is done, i don't know) or 'feeling' is the impending crime that will eclipse all previous and all future crimes.

I feel 'it' is the cold blooded, and carefully planned mass murder of virtually the entire human species. At least 80 - 90 % of us all.

All races, all nations, men and women, adult and child and all political colours will be affected.

The reasoning or excuse among the planners for this almost unimaginable barbarism, on such as terrifyingly huge scale, i feel is climate change.

This is simply an excuse.

90 square miles of solar panels, placed in the desert areas of the US, is estimated to be sufficient to generate 100% of America's electrical energy requirements.

Just 90 square miles!

With the emerging solar panel on a roll, or printed ink solar panels, thousands of miles can be printed as easily as printing the daily run of newspapers!

Imagine if the entire population of a country, installed these over their houses. Covering the roofs and the walls, would be sufficient to power that persons home, 100%.

The same can easily be applied to other nations and peoples around our world.

We have two thirds of our planet covered with water...solar energy can be very cheaply used to desalinate and purify the sea water for drinking, crops, and sanitation..very cheaply. But then what is money and cost, compared to the extermination of most of our species? Is it really a factor?

Even in remote or inland areas, the same solar technology, especially when coupled with the latest advances in battery and energy storage tech, can be used on a village or town scale, even county scale to run networks of evaporators which suck the moisture from the air around us. These would work in the same way as dehumidifyers do. These would supply enough drinking water and water for sanitation in the event that water from the coastal areas cannot be piped to the inner areas for some reason.

So water is not a problem, patently.

What of the other reasons? Food? Or lack of food...why should there be lack of food? As power is not a problem as outlined above, massive multi-mile long greenhouses, perhaps partially buried for protection from storms etc, can utilize the power of the sun during the day, and lights during the night...water would be pumped from the coast, or evaporated from the air.

So food is not a problem, patently.

What about living space?
Humans tend to live in areas where resources such as power, food and water are easily obtainable...those have been addressed above, so really the vast, (and i mean vast) areas of our planet that are not presently inhabited, could be lived in with the technology we have at our disposal now. With the basics outlined above, we can live anywhere.

So space is not a problem, patently.

There is nothing that human beings cannot EASILY overcome, given appropriate thought.

Remember it is just as easy to think of ways out of a problem as it is to think of ways we cannot get out of a problem.

So what's the real reason for 'it' then?

That's a good question...and one i cannot put my finger on yet, but although for the sake of the human species on this planet, i hope beyond hope i am wrong, but i don't think it's enlightenment or anything remotely connected, unless massive slaughter is considered spiritual.

I 'feel' (for what that's worth), that the 'vaccinations' planned for pretty much most of humanity, is going to be one of the methods they will use.

Other methods will include starvation but the poisoned syringe will be their ace in the hole, the main weapon of mass destruction as it were.

I'm rambling again, so i'll stop now.

Uuhh, that movie was kinda good up until the whole Adam and Eve reference thing.

Why re-enforce fairy tales like that?
That kind of bothered me.
I guess it was better though since the movie suggested it was Aliens that brought us here.

Whatever.

I think the general feeling, even Hollywood agrees, that somethings gonna go down.

Glad you appreciate the humour. I meant no disrespect. Just that there are so many variables, so many things that COULD happen, that just loving, supporting my family, speaking out when I see fit, and having fun along the way (even if it's for just three more years) seems the way to go.

You're very right there are so many possibilities.
And I like that subtle reminder that we should think about what's really important.

Say, if in fact our silly, smelly species is doomed, then we should all cuddle up with those that we love and prepare for the worst.

Only problem is we don't know what's going to happen.
But, we should appreciate each day we have here.

Hell, anything could happen to anybody at any time. So...again what the **** do we know?

You know I just had a thought that perhaps this feeling of "something's going to happen" that we all share is simply the same feeling we have on a day-to-day basis.

Think about it. Anything could happen at anytime....hence "something's going to happen".

Of course we'd have the feeling.
And we could apply that feeling to any day that we want.

Maybe?

But, even still with that. I am not sure, but still 2012 or sometime before 2017 () just reeks of that "something's going to happen" sensation.
And it feels like it's on a larger scale.


Ugh...again. More questions than answers.

Am I on to something here?
Could this just be that same old feeling, but now it's manifested into something else now that we've got a date and because there's theories suggesting something will happen on Dec/21/12- onward?

Something is ALWAYS going to happen. Some where. Some time. I tend to look at our species as arrogant. We know what is best for the planet. We know what is best for other species. We know the mind, the thoughts of god.
We know very little. We are still learning, and hopefully will come to the realization that knowlege is something to achieve not a commodity to barter and sell.

Now, when you say knowledge is something to achieve.
I get confused by this.

Are you suggesting that we can know everything?
IMO, I doubt this. We're constantly learning.

And some people already have a good amount of knowledge, but it's still something you continually work on.

Then again some people may not have the capacity to gain knowledge.

I am not sure knowledge is such a good pursuit. I mean, when do you ever just settle down and be satisfied/happy?

At some point we must stop looking outwards for answers, stop and just live every now and then.

I am not saying you settle. I am saying that it's okay to slow down every now and then.
