He's bad because he won't bow down to the US.

Forgive my ignorance but as far as Hugo Chavez goes, why is he considered "bad?"
I read a lot of comments basically just saying he is bad or crazy or something. Why is that? What has he done? Why is it exactly that the United States government dislike him so much?
I'd like to see a United South America, similar in style to the European Union. I don't know the chances of that happening....i am sure i read about it somewhere once.

Oh goody, the American Empire expands even more.
Why we have to takeover the world is really beyond me. The bloody government can't fix a damned thing here yet they can go to S. America(or anywhere, for that matter) and cause problems.
I guess we need the armed forces down there, they must be there to protect the business interests of America - you know, gotta protect all that oil we don't have, yet.
Another day, another country to take over. Business as usual for the American Empire.
Sounds completely plausible to me, I'm sure the USA would love to get their hands on Venezuela's oil.

BAGHDAD (Reuters) - Iraq's government has removed 550 tonnes of natural uranium left over from Saddam Hussein's era and sold it to a Canadian company, government spokesman Ali al-Dabbagh said.
The uranium, called yellowcake, had been stored in a compound at Tuwaitha, south of Baghdad, which was once the centre of Saddam's nuclear weapons programme.
A U.S. embassy spokeswoman confirmed the U.S. military helped safely ship the uranium out of the country.
"The Iraqi government decided to get rid of the uranium, which amounted to 550 tonnes, because of its potentially harmful affects on Iraq and the region and because it causes pollution," Dabbagh said on Iraqiya state television late on Sunday.

An artillery shell containing the nerve agent sarin exploded near a U.S. military convoy in Baghdad recently, releasing a small amount of the deadly chemical and slightly injuring two ordnance disposal experts, a top U.S. military official in Iraq said yesterday.
The discovery of the nerve agent, reported yesterday by a team that has been searching for weapons of mass destruction in Iraq since shortly after last year's U.S.-led invasion, marked the first time the team has found one of the types of weapons that the Bush administration cited as initial justification for toppling the government of Saddam Hussein.

Your links didn't show WMD's even as You Yourself mentioned. There were none.
I read what they wrote, and I guess You responded to what YOU considered the omnipotent source of truth.
but I'd recommend not getting Your news from the propaganda MSM in the States.
I didn´t post this as to add to fear mongering, but to add to VIGILANCE. People who are aware can make a difference.
People who sleep in ignorant bliss will continue adding strength to the NWO.
