H1N1 Vaccine Patent Filed Long Before Virus Showed Up

Not sure how accurate this source is but it is worth your time to take a look!

The 2008 date was when the Patent Application was put into final acceptance for examination. The filing date (when received in the PTO mail room) was exactly one year earlier. I put the links below from the US Patent and Trademark Office to verify this. You can also download any of the sections or copy from those pages and I strongly recommend that you do so. (the patent could be by amendment classified as secrete and pulled)

Again, I am not sure how accurate this information is. At the site there is a link to the patent office, but am not exactly sure we the sites information is being pinpointed at.

I saw the patent before and I didn't see any reference obviously to H1N1. From what I can see, it is the new quicker process for creating a vaccine. However, given that they have so many to create and so little time, I think probably they are related.

The patent was filed August 28, 2008 (link).

H1N1 has been known for decades. It's not a brand-new flu; it's one of several well-known varieties. You can probably find patents for H1N1 vaccines going back to 1976, if not earlier.

No you are wrong. We are very obviously talking about H1N1 that broke out into a pandemic in 2009.

This is new.
