how to profit from exploiting the cattle

perhaps we should gather 50X as much food as we need, then when the apocalypse/nuclear strike happens, we can give it to people on the condition that they become slaves of our survivalist colony.

any other ideas for what we should gather ahead of time that the sheeple will pay high price for?

Taking advantage of people less prudent than you means that you stoop to the level of the people that got us into this mess.

Telling people to go cultivate a field and offer them food in exchange is good. Showing a lack of compassion is not.

its more compassionate than those that would gather food only for themselves.

Also, hope you have a large number of heavily armed bodyguards. You can have a warehouse but if people are desperate, you won't have it long.

So you want to revert back to indentured servants?

yes, i was chuckling as i typed it out. but if slave labour is indeed needed it will prove practical...

either way, stocking up 50X the neccesary food is a good idea. whether for humanitarian reasons, or personal gain (or, in my case, both )

Trade goods are going to be a good thing to have.

1) Medical supplies
2) Low power Ammo
3) Rope
4) Tents
5) spare food
6) Hygene supplies.
