Listening to the first part now, the second part is behind a member wall, if anyone fancies uploading it that would be great.

Just to say - you can skip to 11 minutes in to miss all the crap and go straight to John Lear's introduction.

That would be copyright infringement. Are you not happy with 50% of the show for free?

Big secret,

Mel made both parts of the show available. Part 1 is available to be streamed and part 2 available for download

Sorry, that's a negative. Part one is available to the general public and part two to members. He gives you half of the show for free, and if you feel like it, you become a member and enjoy the rest.

I listened to part one and two and I am not a member of Veritas.

One part was streaming and another was available for download.

Mel must have made a mistake, but since I got to listen to the whole show, I didn't mind.

Definitely a mistake. You lucky you!

There are folks out there that actually would pay to listen to this stuff? WOW...

I read that guys threads and the screenplay. The stories were very entertaining, but the more of his threads I read, the more I realized how in love with himself he is. He never answers anything straight up. He thinks he's much funnier than he actually is and he becomes very whiny when asked to clarify things. The whole attitude of "I'm not lying, you're a liar" is what really does him a disservice. I dunno, I just get the overwhelming feeling that he is way in love with himself and when him and John Lear ganged up on disbelievers they both resorted to name calling and reacted very juvenile. Not what you'd expect from someone as enlightened as he claims. The fact is, he is in the market for financial gain. He sells books. He set all this up to make some money. Im quite sure Milton didnt tell him that it's OK to profit from the info he gives out. Remeber? Didnt Milton tell him that profiting from the wherabouts of Atlantis was a no no? But that's my opinion.

I have sometimes enjoyed reading what he has to say, although I don't enjoy it enough to want to pay for it (or pay someone else for the privelage of listning to him). Am I happy with 50% free? I'd say I'm indifferent, it is what it is.

As for his humour, I find his and Lear's humour pretty dull but I used to skip over those parts. I never saw them display any animosity to anyone, although to be fair I didn't read every page of that 300 page thread. No offense if either of you are reading, which I expect you are.

Wasn't so much animosity as it was childish name calling. IE... mispelling someones screename in a childish fashion or basically saying I know you are but what am I? The topics at hand are serious in nature, therefore I expect the ones selling it with no proof to be a bit more serious. Sleeper himself says "disclosure is a big deal". To me, he is saying that there will be no disclosure in the near future and saying it's a big deal to make the content of his books that much more enticing. If the Gov. or aliens or Miltons won't give it to me then Im going to have to buy Lou's books. That's a simple tactic to sell things. No different that the infomercial saying "This item is not found in stores." But I suppose disclosure is quite acceptable as long as Sleeper makes a few bucks.

It wasn't for lack of trying....trust me.

Milton coming through John Lear´s roof? Where did you hear that? Sure it was not one of the many jokes they made about it?

It was one of the many times they openly mocked those that were hanging, enthralled, on every word. Claiming Milton wore a 'tutu' while visiting him.

John Lear said did say this :

I never met sleeper in person. I never met Milton. I never went for a ride in a flying saucer with sleeper. I never went to Uranus with sleeper.

Go read the thread...."I never met Milton" is completely contradictory to John Lear's own words in that thread. In one place or the other, he's lying. Unless some dramatic editing has been done by system admins, much of what he says in that post refutes his words in sleeper's threads.

Yes it's all about selling books. Once he got sufficiant hits on the blog, the book was published and the rest is history. When he needs more cash Im quite sure Milton will magically appear again and bring him to Neptune where he can get it on with gorgeous aliens there too.

That would make sense....

...Except he has made all of his material available online for free at no cost to the reader whatsoever.

And that is where your argument fails - were it based on facts, it may have succeeded.

Its not like he was an author that I know of prior to his UFO books. He had to get his name out there somewhere. This forum and a few others were his entry into public domain. As I said, once he got sufficient hits, the book was published and the rest is history. Just because he gave the screenplay away for free for 1 year doen't make it anymore credible. Once you take that bite of cheese your intentions become very clear; and 99.9 percent of the time it's for money.
Think back........His second thread was basically a gateway for the blog/book. His signature was a link to the blog which became the book. While we got to read it for free many paid for it. Because he takes money for it......... here it comes............it's a business and nothing else.

So you see, my argument is a fact. Unless you happen to know for a fact that he doesnt make any money whatsoever from the book. Common man. He is selling them right now!

haha yea for sure. Sleeper tells a great story. I really did very much enjoy reading what he wrote. I wanted to believe it, but once he started profiting from it I just couldn't. Besides; if what he says is true, I'm better off not having the answers to the test.

I honestly don't see how grown people can embarrass themselves like this? I mean, lets face it, the dribble coming out of their mouths is not even close to true....

I guess I shouldn't be upset with the messenger. I should instead hang my head in shame over the rather large portion of us that give these people a platform.

How interesting, you attempt to discredit the issue not by using facts, but by slandering anyone who may have an interest in the topic. A clever but manipulative way of steering people away from the truth.

Ignore the facts? Yes that about sums you up.
