One of the main additives to tobacco is sugar, and it burns poorly creating awful byproducts.

Wow, I'm learning a lot in here. So in the Northeast you could still grow it? I mean, will it get to full size by Autumn? I have no clue.

I went to Peter Stokebye roll Your own tobacco which cost Me about 60 dollars a month to smoke compared to most people whom smoke about 4 cartons a week... I have now pretty much quit smoking but I have to admit I really enjoyed the roll Your own tobacco because it tasted a lot better than the factory crap....

The funny thing is I was talking to someone about this a while ago....

I starred everyone in here who rolls their own smokes.

The only way to get the big tobacco companies to clean up their product is to show them we won't buy their crap anymore.

I had relatives that would go to Canada when the tobacco was gathered here to harvest it up there, so yes it will grow where you are. You just have to plant as early as you can.
