ya, The object is too far for it to be 100% a UFO. It could be a star, a plane or even the moon. It's possible for it to be a UFO as in (Alien ship) but its too far to tell for sure. Nice find through!

It's just a bunch of defocused stars & planes exhibiting the now very familiar digital camera iris effect.

I believe the guy filming knows that, so to my mind it's a deliberate hoax.

Yes, they look like out-of-focus aeroplanes, but at least they are "welcome to America".
