New Avatar Help!

hello folks.

Anybody good in photoshop and who has made Avatars before?

I need a new one done and would like to enlist some help since my phtoshop skills such pretty bad.

If anybody wants to help please reply or U2U me, I have all the details and a photo to get your started.
