Are you sure this isn't one of those fake promotional websites? I looked at those photos of th X-rays, and I can almost certainly say those nanobots are fake. Nano=One-billionth (10-9)
They're suprisingly clear and big arn't they? X-rays would never be able to detect nanobots.

Nice website, unsure as to whether those x-rays are mean't to be real, but they definitely are not. For one thing I'm pretty sure of, x-rays wouldn't cast shadows, the nanites are way too big and clear.
