I am having a problem getting access to senate bills

I have been working for days, looking into the Haelth Care Reform Bill HR3200 and the Cap and Trade Bill HR 2454.
Today I am having a problem getting to these Bills. I can get to the Seante website and everything else seems to be working fine but every time I try to bring up a bill it comes up with page not found?????????

Is it possible that My computer is being blocked from access???

Anyone else have a problem like this?

Oh and just in case your wondering, 99% of what Obamanation is saying about what is in this bill is out and out LIES!!!!!!

I think the Thomas LOC site is down. I'm guessing it's been hammered by people attempting to get info on the pending bills. It's not just you, I can't get in there either. The bills run in excess of 1,000 pages and I'm pretty sure the issue is with the volume of requests.
