So we see, in many European countries disclosure beginning on a minimal scale, which in our country would be grand.
These may be primers of public consciousness, like the recently released alien movies, which albiet, are dramatized, none-the-less awaken individuals to notions of contact.
For instance, the French have led they way a couple years ago, followed by Canada, Denmark and Sweden...
Who will be next - the Russians.
We are alive at an interesting time, and the generations which follow us will be the product of our current ingenuity.

not really important imo.
many other countries have done this before, and jsut looking aorund theres enough evidnce to persuade those who choose to believe or not to believe either way.
publicity grab imo.
