Russia 'finds missing cargo ship'

Russia says it has found a missing cargo vessel near the Cape Verde islands and retrieved its Russian crew.

Defence Minister Anatoly Serdyukov said that the 15-strong crew had been taken on board a Russian vessel. They were in good condition, he said.

I think this will not even go close to solving the mystery of the ship's disappearance.

Who hijacked it? Why? Was the ransom paid? What was the real cargo, all this should be discussed on the ATS thread above.

The fact that the ship haas been found is breaking news though.

It will be very interesting to see in the next few days what officials say about this.

I fear we will never know the real truth though.
