Isn't it amazing how some people are deemed criminals & have their lives ruined for refusing to pay fines to this government & others, politicians,
can get away with it? Different laws for us & them.
Isn't it true that under international law, our diplomats are immune to prosecution and fines while in the country they are a diplomat to?
I'm not saying they shouldn't pay the fines and respect the local laws.... But I don't think they are legally bound to do it...
They should do it through good will, of course..
