I used to just accept what conspiracy theorists said about the mass media brainwashing people and influencing their opinion in a really strong way. Now after being in a hotel for a week I've seen the mainstream media for a few days and I am absolutely appalled by their journalism standards. Alex Jones is a far better journalist than these people. For you people who hate Alex Jones do this- take a break from him for a week- and watch MSNBC for a week and go back to Alex Jones and it'll be like a fresh of breath air. I don't hate Alex Jones... I'm just saying that we are spoiled for being able to go to these alternative news sites and find real news. I can't believe how low of a quality of journalism the mainstream media has. Shouldn't more people be concerned about this? It's no longer just about reporting the facts... or keeping people honest... these people are just so bad at journalism it's astounding.
