You don't need to create an account, just use your ATS signin.

i tryed using my account,it wont log me in,i even typed the username,pass manualy.
this is my new account,before i was sasorii

I believe I am having the same issue - my normal login does not appear to work.

Haven't had much time to mess with it so I assumed I was missing a step..

Who do we need to u2u to get this issue fixed?

You're not being rude.

I'm trying to get some additional help for you. It's not a topic I'm overly familiar with, but your ATS login should work and if it isn't, something's not right. I just don't know what that something is.

use Shift for the first letter.

also the length of the paswords may be different on ats to the media portal.

eg you may have a 10 letter password here, and the limit is 8 on ats media....
