Hey there, first massaging your head with your finger tips is a good one, This will help the circulation helping to prevent it happening,
Get hold of some cider vinegar and mix some with water, use cotton wool or something to dab it on to your scalp! This really helps!
Look also in to what you eat.. Try making sure you get plenty of veg ect as dietary problems can cause it to happen,,
another tip is to put some baby oil on your scalp before bed, Wrap your hair in a towel for the night and in the morning wash it out with shampoo,
