I personally think it will be around 2020, with the going rate with technology. What are your guys opinion?

I don't think we will be told. I think there was proof of aliens for at least the past 40 -50 years but I believe they will not tell us until a huge amount of us see the spacecrafts or aliens at one time. Why? Because people tend to panic when they think of aliens. A lot of people love living in a bliss with no knowledge of anything bad happening. (Not saying aliens are bad but people fear what they don't know.)
