I really wonder what that could be.
I doubt thes drunks are good with high end video equipment, let a lone expesnive video editing software and cgi,.

Looks like a UAV, probably used by the local police or coast guard.

It also looks like it may be a hybrid lighter than air/aerodynamic lift body (there's a term for that I can't seem to remember now, anyone wanna help me out?).

I've seen that video posted awhile back it's allot of fun to watch the guys in it are hilarious not to mention it is a weird UFO. I think the thread was titled Flying Pigs Head. It's fun to see it again thanks for posting.
