How where these close-up Planevideo made?

Take a look, how close the plane with the cameranman must be in this clip.
BTW the Videos name is "Chemtrails seen from plane cockpit....," but nearly all
of them are just normal contrails, you can clearly see it from that close distance!
Please tell me what you think?!

The airplanes are 1,000 feet vertically separated.

Looks like they're over the North Atlantic, on the NAT Tracks. VERY busy part of the world.

With no reference points that high up in the sky it looks very close to me.
But it seems very busy up there!, where this video was made.

You can research 'RVSM'. It's only been within the last several years that vertical separation minima went from 2,000 feet above FL290 to 1,000 feet.
