Whether we like it or not, we live in a world where litigation has become the preferred method of dealing with conflict. It seems nowadays any person or institution, no matter how humble or venerable, is fair game for legal action.

The Grey's have been taking liberty with Humans throughout time. One must assume since they are more advanced, extreme care is used during the probing sessions, therefor they are held to higher standard of professionalism.

Since the Greys usually do precise surgical procedures, one must question if they are Board Certified Specialists from their planet.

I mean, you wouldn't just waltz into a hospital and let someone unqualified perform surgery on you?

If a abductee feels pain after a long night aboard the mothership, can they sue the grey's?

One would assume with their advanced space travel tech, they wouldn't perform the operations themselves but allow a computer controlled system to do the operation.

Of course if you can't sue them for malpractice, you can get the bastards for abduction.... Only problem is proving to the authorities what happened and apprehending the perps

You probably should have posted this in BTS or Skunk Works...This is just a ridiculous, preposterous, and unanswerable question in my humble opinion. It also kind of makes a mockery of ufology in my opinion. Thanks for sharing however.

Thats not unanswerable at all.
I've actually tried to sue some aliens before (believe it or not), so I have your answer.

First of all, who are you suing? Yup, that's right!
What is their name? What is their address?
And also, the clincher: which one was it? Have you ever noticed that from abductee accounts that them aliens all look identical and have no fingerprints? That's so that you can't ID them or determine which one did it.

So, without the basic information, how do you sue them?? Mind you that in a court of law "over here" they don't even exist. And since they don't exist, they didn't do anything and you did it to yourself. After they figure that out, they toss you in the looney bin.
