He and Glenn Beck were almost the same to me. Hysterical. There is a difference in stirring up ideas, and spreading propaganda. He went overboard with parading his personal opinions and beliefs as urgent national issues. His agendas were transparent to me.

Yet it wasn't hysterical for the MSM and Holly Wood to throw an 8 year temper tantrum. No, that just made sense!

The hypocrisy being displayed not only by the media, but people in general on this subject is starting to get on my last nerve.

Rumors of Dobbs demise have been greatly exaggerated ...

He's on right now.

CNN/U.S. president Jon Klein asked his show producers to avoid booking talk radio hosts. "Complex issues require world class reporting," Klein is quoted as saying, adding that talk radio hosts too often add to the noise, and that what they say is "all too predictable."

world class reporting~~? Is this some type of a joke, because if this is the case, they may as well just shut them all down. They are all entirely too predictable, way too noisy, and nary a one with any world class reporting even exists anymore.

I think they are leaning more toward SNL or MAD TV.

I get more news-real news here.I watch the tube for sh^%$ and giggles ...oh,and to get my adrenalin going.

Am I to assume that the angry "conservatives" posting here of Dobbs' supposed firing do not think a privately owned company has the right to fire and hire who they want?

Peace,
Daniel

I really like Lou Dobbs. I think above all he is fair and nice to the people he interviewes. Everyone else always seemed to get angry and yell etc.. like this on the birther issue.

Watch this and tell me who looks one sided, paranoid, and angry.

Again, I think ole' Lou here is fair. He gets a lot of heat for some of the issues he covers but that's what he has to do. The news industries were given a right by the constitution to bring EVERY fact to the table to be questioned by the public and that's what he does. I think he himself tries to stay as fair as possible.

msnbc is where it's at, with keith oberman and rachel maedows.

Of course MSNBC is where it is at. There, if you call someone a socialist, you are a closet racist who actually means to call Obama a Nigerian native, if you follow.

Lou Dobbs is the only only talking about the north american union and the amnesty agenda on MSM... so you bet they want to get rid of him before this legislation come back into full force this fall...

And even if he's on now, CNN can't fire him like that overnight. If they did indeed fire him, maybe it'll end up at the end of his contract, or at the end of the week, at the end of the month...we'll see.

Dobbs was the only reason I switched to watching cnn .. I considered cnn more "fair and balance" having his program... I don't have cable and thus no cnn but I still think its a major loss for cnn... Dobbs will be replaceed with the typical Obama fanatic to spout the liberal party line... thus CNN will go the way of Fox and Msnbc.

Its a shame..

I agree with you fully, I just can't figure out the mindset.

I don't support either side, left or right, so it's easier for me to pick up on it.

I think the majority of people are confused and not sure what they believe. I don't blame them for the hypocrisy. This is exactly what TPTB want, that's who I blame.

They spent 8 years distrusting the Government. Now they are more than willing to trust them because a Dem is in office, even though nothing really changed.

We are witnessing the success the TPTB have had at dividing us.

Edit to add: I'm not singling anyone out though, just the left in general.

So Lou Dobbs is on CNN right now? More paranoia and lies spewing forth from a certain ideology's on the evils of the MSM and how the liberal conspiracy will kill us all for profits or god... or something...

It is shameful. So if you don't follow the "talking points" of the MSM you are silenced? And people wonder WHY we don't trust the Media!

The Leftists are the same people who decry "corporate media".

GE meddles with NBC,MSNBC,CNBC , do they complain , no?

Roger Ailles gives his people free rein to report what they want and yet Fox is "Faux"

LOL.. such stupidity.

Who are the powers that be? I'm getting a little sick of everyone on here blaming everything on something they don't even know exists. It's like religious people praying to god. It's stupid and speaks of mindlessness.

Who are the powers that be?

TPTB are "they" or "them".

We are not a part of their group, their elitist group, but to deny that 'they' exist is ignorance, not mindlessness.

I hope this is true. Why? Because he'd make for a great personality on GCN radio network. Move over Alex Jones, you now have a side kick!

Lou Dobbs has already come over to the dark side; hammering home on illegal immigration, NAFTA, political corruption, etc. He would be a great voice for our side against the NWO.

Then you can show the big ratings windfall of French Fox News watchers if you insist. LOL

I believe CNN outside of the US is known as CNNI, or as I called it Yeah-For-The-UN-The-USA-Sucks-CNN-International.
