Meditation and Astral projection help please

I just have a couple of questions Do you need tactile imaging to get into deep meditation?Are there any speiciel teciniques to help me contact my higher self?What are the teciniques to tactile imaging?Do you need tactile imaging to astrally project?

Try a Cayce type technique for astral projection. Get a card, on it write, "I want to astral project". Put the card in an envelope and place it under your pillow or in the pillow case of your pillow. Maybe you'll get lucky.

For meditation, you might try prayer.
