Yeah, here in this piece from the BBC, dated August 31, 2010, no listed author for me to credit, they do give the accused serial killer's object of devotion as San La Muerte, as seemed logical since the case is in Argentina...

Argentina police arrest 'Lord of Death killer'

An Argentine man has been arrested on suspicion of murdering at least six people after making a pact with a spiritual figure known as San La Muerte (Lord of Death), police say.
Marcelo Antelo was captured after a shootout in the capital, Buenos Aires. The 22-year-old had apparently promised to kill one person a week in return for protection and prosperity...
The authorities are charging Mr Antelo, also known as Marcelito, with six murders, but say they are investigating possible links with a number of other unsolved killings.
"The murderer had made a pact with San La Muerte, by which he had promised one murder each week to obtain protection for him and his family," police sources told AFP news agency...
Our correspondent says the killings have, until now, attracted little attention in the Argentine media since the victims were poor, marginalised people living in an area where even the police often dare not venture.

This here is a robust ditty that will cheer you up...Nothing like mariachi music for Death, I always say...right up there with polka music for Satan...

The "liner notes" say: "After the mass for La Santa Muerte the padre sings a song, with Mariachis, to la Santa Muerte. This was held in Mexico City's Lagunilla on Calle Peravillo close to Calle Francisco Gonzalez Bocanegra."

Their are more and more of these "Rituals" popping up around the globe. Sacrificing loved ones so you can be great. Killing animals and grotesquely multilating the bodies.... it is getting rather sickly to see some of this stuff
