I have been thinking about this for a few days. What are you talking about here?

Is it a film reference?
Do you actually want to speak to someone? If so U2U me.

Interesting and honest point. Though reading your post does make me shudder slightly.

I could not let anyone implant me with anything. We, as humans are electrical, biological organisms (I believe that is right). This means that if we were to be implanted with chips we could -thoretically- be remotely controlled.

I believe that one of the reasons we are obsessed with diamonds etc. is that we they give us confidence. Confidence that we possess something which is not susceptible (to the same degree) to our fiat currencies. It gives us power to make our own decisions. Quite a seductive fact, no?

I like that idea, that any price is a tax. It is true. It sounds like you wish to work/live in a marxist state, I can see the benefits of a system of this type and I do believe it would benefit the planet as a whole.

Very thoughtful and enlightening post. It often interests me how scientists or those who believe in a matter before mind scenario reconcile their beliefs.

It seems to me to be an unfulfilling way to view life. That the endlessly subjective way in which life exhibits itself can be broken down into a series of equations. Life moves and changes faster than science could ever comprehend.

It appears that the dichotomy you suggest is between established religion and a scientific rational. Has it never occured to you that there is another way?

This thread is precisely the reason I love logging into this site. Thank you for making the thread. It will be most excellent when we as a whole are thinking with our whole brain hemisphere, as in both left and right. Kind of like being ambidexterous brain-wise.

You see it's just a reference to become enlightened . Most people misunderstand this concept and doubt or ignorantly laugh about the reality in which their feeble brains can't comprehend . Now some people figure " Hey maybe if i could make this more understandable more people might see the light" , that is why we say wake up , in reality most people are not themselves they are the conclusion of americas programming ...........

I think the term, 'conspiracy theory' is an issue in itself.

People need to be shown 'the truth'>>
It is just amazing how tptb are able to obfuscate it.

The more you listen to the msm the more you are able to read between the lines. For example, they never focus on anything positive, nothing ever changes, we just continue down the same disastrous path as a whole. Drugs, crime, poverty, man-made ecological disasters. The PTB never learn their lessons, i would doubt they even want to.

Once you can make solid assumptions about their nefarious intentions. You get to the stage of looking for more and visiting sites like ATS. That is when things blow your mind.

It is getting people to that point that is the hard part. To be able to admit to yourself, that the people who you have been programmed to see as your protector, are in-fact hell bent on world domination and other much more horrifying things.

Quite a step....

I couldnt agree more.

It seems that nothing less than a direct admittance from the PTB would actually shake most people from their slumber. Something which I doubt will ever happen.

I watched this video yesterday as I am a bit of a fan of David Icke. I am suspicious of him but at the same time I find him to be interesting and knowledgeable. This video below talks people's difficulty in waking up. It really shows why people find it so difficult.

We, the members of ATS are the people who have 'woken up',

Really? I know people here that are scared to death of speaking their mind for fear of punishment, banning, lost points, etc etc. Doesn't sound very 'woken up' to me. Sorry to be so blunt, but my days are numbered here because it's so sanitized.

Actually I can see your point. There have been a number of times recently where I have seen examples of what you speak of.

I think though, it comes down to this and the same happens when someone becomes rich and famous, as has happened to ATS
. ATS has grown exponentially due to good management, marketing, quality posting and stringent rules.

However, it now seems that things have gone through some sort of philosphical shift and perhaps (looking at the infamous Robbie thread, which was sent to BTS for fear of more repraisals) a lesson needs to be learnt. This shift seems to concern the separation between the ptb at ATS and your average poster. I mean, the commercial nature of that thread was completely at odds to (IMO) the vast majority of member's opinions. Yet, TPTB were shocked at the reaction.

So to reply to your point. I have been a member for over a year, say what I want and have never been fined any points. Stick to the rules, think carefully before you reply in anger (there are more effective ways of tackling people) and I am sure you can remain at ATS until the world explodes in 2012.

You can have 90% of people being awake to the truth, but unable to change the world anyway. You can even run as president and find out you are just a puppet who will get shot if you get out of line. Great isnt it.

So saying "wake up" like that somehow would help things is useless.

I think this is the key point. Have you watched the David Icke video I posted above?

We (as sheeple) vastly outnumber tptb, so much so in-fact, that we could probably take control of the world by tea-time (it is 11am here in England).

So I suppose it comes down to this. How to wake up the whole world to the current situation without it descending into anarchy? Would it be better to have anarchy and then come out the other side with a new form or organisation?

Tricky questions, ones I probably don't have the balls to answer.

TPTB have the mind control down to a tee but people have been and are waking up slowly. I think we need to remove them entirely to start afresh, not use existing channels.

Yes, I watched that video series yesterday. David Icke is right as usual.

I think most people dont really care if they have no democracy and that they are being programmed and filled with propaganda 24/7 as long as they can live comfortable lives. I cant think of anything that would make ordinary people support overthrowing the governments. But yes, I dont see any other way to change the world than ripping it down completely myself. If you really want to change the world, thats what is needed. So a global doomsday scenario may not be a bad thing for human evolution in the long run. Reboot the planet.

But replace the political/corporation systems with what? I dont know... its probably not the actual systems that are at fault, its human greed and lust for power. How do you change that in people... and can it be changed?

I can't help but think that a capitalist system is inherently corrupt for this reason. You can own land and everything on it, that means you can sell anything you produce or dig up. This immediately makes inequality as some people must own inferior areas to others.

Human nature is selfish at root but I do believe that if you are educated and socialised in the right way some of these negative aspects can be circumvented. I believe a system where people have specialised skills, are treated fairly, are offered welfare if they need it and share resources is our best hope for the future.

You have a point. I guess much of the information that is needed to "wake ppl up" doesn't reach most ppl. Would be good if that could change more for the better. It has gotten better though.

The situation has got better for sure. With the advent of the internet, people now have access to information readily that would have been almost impossible to source previously.

It goes back to the age old problem though and I think that one excellent example of people's inability to see what is right in front of their face is climate change.

If i may, i'd like to ask,

WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES TO BEING AWAKE? Has your life changed by your awakening? Do others listen to you? Do you feel safer being awake?
Now that you're awake, whats your next step?

I'll tell you i am awake. My life hasnt changed other than knowing that most of whats coming from the news is just propaganda. No matter what i do, no one around me is interested in waking up. Oh, they know somethings wrong, but they would rather not know. It would be good if by my being awake, i could wake up others. Its NOT working.

Now, i cannot continue preaching because i will alienate everyone from me. Its very frustrating

So, its like holding a secret, i want to have everyone know, but i am consumed by this secret which nobody wants to hear.

Are you following me?

I've been dropping info here and there and i get a look like, "there she goes again" Someone shut her up.

How do you people cope? My only way of coping is coming here and chatting with like minded folks. So what do i do with my AWAKENING?

One more thing, i am a trustworthy person, and not a head case. My friends and family respect me, but NOT when it comes to this.

You have to understand that the masses of people aren't "waking up" due to the re-enforcement of their current "fake"/manufactured reality. If everything remains relatively the same, there is no reason for a particular person to change their point of view even when the truth the staring at them right in front of their face.

We have a herd mentality and when one member begins to have ideas that are abhorrent to the herd, the herd kicks them out. It takes a strong individual to be able to express "hostile" beliefs within this herd and still be able to be accepted within the herd(i.e. a Jesse Ventura). But still, even if an awakened individual in a herd is allowed to express his wisdom and knowledge freely with respect and without repercussions, he still won't be able to wake them up due to the fact that no matter how much the individual makes sense, the manufactered reality is too powerful and surrounds the herd 24/7. No need for the herd to change.

I believe the only thing we can do as awaken individuals is too continue to become more enlightened, stay as balanced as possible and have a complete understanding of how this manufactured reality works so you can master it. This will draw people towards you and it will get to a point were people will start to waken just by being around you. It's a long process but in the span of the universe, it's really no time at all.

I suppose you are right and in some circumstances there must be very little benefit in 'waking up'. Look at a rat in a cage, does their waking up have any benefit for them? Potentially not.

I would however say that my life has changed irreversibly since I have found out what is really going on. I no longer make the decisions that I would have, prior to my realisation and I can usually discern the path that I should take, rather than blindly following the path I am told to follow.

I feel safe at all times because I know that whatever happens the ptb cannot hurt me. You are born, you die and what counts is how you react to things on the way through.

What is my next step? hmm, good question. I was very angry about the NWO (however it transpires) but now I have mellowed. This happened after realising that people have so many opinions and are at different stages, that making a knee jerk, violent reaction against the NWO would be potentially disastrous.

Have only answered your first paragraph! Have to go out, will reply to the rest momentarily.

Ok, lets carry on.

You may feel that what you now know has no benefit for you personally but I believe it does. You know where you stand and are not manipulated but are you? Just knowing what tactics tptb use on a political and individual level does not mean that you are living a life that is beneficial for you. I have taken control of my life.

Surely there are some people you know who have similar opinions to you?
Preaching is an uncomfortable phrase for me. People are free to make up their own minds about things. You can lead a horse to water... I think only 5% of the people I know are open minded enough to listen to my opinions and then only maybe 2% who may agree.

People are always shunned and alienated for expressing unpopular opinions.

I am consumed also. I think of it like this. WW2 was a sham, I know this. My grandad fought in the war and if he knew that his comrades died for nothing it would ruin him. What are we to do?

I find solace in the spiritual side of life. I made sure I was secure spiritualy before embarking on any pursuits that could harm me. Focus on love and banish fear.

One more thing, i am a trustworthy person, and not a head case. My friends and family respect me, but NOT when it comes to this.

me too

I defiantly woke up this year, into a beautiful time and place, a place where i can smile and fill my senses with love just by thinking about it.. its a whole new world to me now.

at first when i gained this inner knowledge i was so eager to share the things i discovered with people.. everyone is deserving of this love feeling but over the time i've come to realize that i must forgive people who cannot realize some things and that it is not their fault.
