What's going on with the ATS logo?

I thought an upside down flag was a signal for distress. Is ATS in distress?


I notice besides the upside down flag on the logo, there's also what looks like a chained ATS logo, and then an orange upside down ATS logo.

I haven't been here for awhile. Did I miss something?
