Strong Meteor Shower Expected Tonight

The annual Perseid meteor shower is expected to put on a good show this week for those willing to get up in the wee hours of the morning and wait patiently for the shooting stars.

In North America, the best time to watch will be between midnight to 5 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 12, but late Tuesday night and also Wednesday night could prove fruitful, weather permitting.

There was someone who made a few threads today, urgently warning us of a Meteor hitting Eastern Canada this evening...

MODS kept deleting it, which is understandable because of no evidence but...

Hopefully here in Saskatchewan it will be an incredible show, nothing to get in the way of viewing the meteor shower.

The lights in Salt Lake are so bright I am kinda doubting I will see much. but I plan to lay on the trampoline in the we hours and give a look see......
