Seems like Obama's "support groups" are starting to really mobilize. If they keep this up then the media's spin of "astroturf" won't be that
effective.

I'd say this is fairly hypocritical. Ron Paul supporters have been "going after" people for a long time, in the exact same way.
In what way is demonstration thuggish?
Perhaps its this line in the article?
And if you bring a friend, you'll have more fun and make an even greater impact.

Are they supposed to scare him or actually beat him? He is an old kinda frail man.
Sometimes I look at him or hear him talk and it seems like a strong wind would blow him over.
Maybe he should get some kind of security or start packing "heat".

I'd love to see him give them a chance to talk, ask questions and such. Tell them about his viewpoints and they might like what they hear. Trying to
organize a bunch of people with pre-selected talking points to talk to a Dr about healthcare. If Dr. Paul can deal with Bernacke then I think he can
deal with them.
Besides he's the Dark Knight

Maybe the Union is mad at him for appearing in the film Bruno and not using a mafia ran publicity company.

I feel sorry for Ron Paul and his gullibility. Hes to trusting in people.

And here is a reply to the information at that same link
He sent this to his entire list. I got the exact same letter for my congresscritter too. Since they are afraid of public events they are asking
people/supporters to stop by their offices instead.
I don't think it is just Ron Paul. This may just be information he received from his area supporters without knowing it was going to others and
their congressmen.

One of Ron's best character traits...he seems to have no fear!
He is in front of the pack when it comes to being brave, fearless, and all without hype!
He has such a level head on his shoulders!
Ron Paul for President!
Go Ron!

So what is it they're actually protesting?
Not spying on everyone in the world?
Not policing the world?
Allowing people to live in a state of liberty?
Reigning in out of control spending?
Cutting back some of these "for your own good fascism" departments of the gov?
What reason could anyone possibly have to protest against Ron Paul?
Unless you're some big gov totalitarian there's really no reason ....... oh.

I think another reason Paul has become a target is the growing support behind HR1207!
Imagine if that were to ever come to full fruition...
Oh I would love to see that day!
I think there are some who are truely afraid of that happening!
