Does anyone no about this cancelled project. It has something to do with radar cancellation applied to stealth technology.

Wasn't this in the Jake Grafton series of books by Stephen Coonts, starting with the Minatour (where it is developed) and continued in Fortunes of War.

It is about the Athena project - active stealth that cancelled radar
