Portrait of my father

I just discovered BTS..no kidding..how dense..

Anyways, I thought I would share some of my art.
This is a pen and ink with some stipple thrown in

My Dad passed away over 3 years ago but this captures him pretty well I think.

I still cannot believe that I didn't know this place existed..:bnghd:

That is amazing! My grandmother was an artist before she passed and you are truly talented!

Sorry about your Dad, looks like you captured his loving nature in that great sketch, hope to see more of your work sometime.

Beautiful portrait of your Papa. I can almost feel his mind working, the ponderances. I bet he was a deep thinker, a can-do person who solved problems.

Sorry for your Dad's passing. I hope you still feel his presence in your life.

I have always wished that I could draw so well, but I just can't manage to replicate on paper what I see in real life.

Everything comes up abstract, possibly the bi-product of my corrupt monkey brain.

Your father would be proud, I imagine. Great work.

I want to thank you all for your kind comments. With winter coming fast around here, I'll be getting out the pen and ink again soon.

I might even do a couple of pictures for the crypto-zoology forum, as well as a couple for some of the members here.

Definately, have you got some more?

I drew a picture of my father but he got mad and yelled at me for making him look Asian.

He really looks that way though and everyone else agreed it looked like him lol
