The answer to government problems!

I see everyone fighting back and forth over what to do about the corrupt govt. the answer is with the media. I think if we can get to the MSM and broadcast the truth about government, the war is over. People don't believe what they hear unless it is on NBC, CBS, ABC, nightly news. It will correct the problem of people looking at libertarians as quacks. It will open the eyes of the people who think that the government has their best interest in mind, and bring attention to of the criminal IRS. If the general public were informed with the facts it would fuel the revolutionary movement alone.

Instead of trying to fight the government, we need to find a way to change the media. The rest will follow. Anyone with a lot of money who cares could buy commercial time or infomercial during prime time. Just a thought, also have to think about how to get around what to do when they refuse to accept the money for programing.

Maybe the militia should think along this line for support when the SHTF.

You have good intentions, but those with 'lot's of money' only care about their money!
The only thing to do is to enlighten people of what is happening and in the end, it is up to them,of what they do.
how does that saying go?

See, the problem with this solution, is that the MSM is owned by some of the richest people in history. You can't change what they report. Period.

Now, maybe a local news station, but they're so brainwashed with the petty local news, I would imagine most would think you are crazy for even talking that way.

They should of re-named this country, "United Corporations of America"

However even if you were to win the largest lottery payout in history and therefore had the money to buy airtime - the MSM and PTB would just ridicule everything you had to say, pull every skeleton out of your closet or make stuff up if they had to.

Your arguments and facts would be systematically taken apart, shown to be false and your life would be made unbearable, assuming you presented a good enough case in the first place otherwise you would be ignored.

All that said however, the road to change starts with one small step and who knows what may be accomplished if luck is on your side and the timing is right.

Oh, one final thought, if a media station did start doing this, how long do you think it would take for them to be shut down for being in breach of some law or other?

You guys all are correct, however I would make that very point of the fact that what would be done by them because of this. Make it the first thing said. Also when the time comes that "revolution" is inevitable, rather than start shooting or what ever, "high-jack" a major channel or "Jam" to inform the people of what is going on and why this is all happening. There must be someone who is capable of doing this on our side.
