This steering by my friend has worked out great for me. As for him, he is having trouble living off the grid. No major employer will follow his non taxability requests.

See my friend has been able to make his way just fine. I personally have seen areas in the states where the majority of small mom, and pops will ask the questions............ Are you paying cash??? Do you need a reciept????

When your repley YES, and NO respectively the M&P then gives you a discount ranging from 10% to 25% depending on who your dealing with.

The US has a huge growing underground cash economy; which is gaining steam as the govt. falls further from the desires of the people.

Minimizing tax is my game. You look forward on investments, hire the right employee's, have the right type of entity, and obtain tax credits. This way you have legal tax free income, but using the tools of the trade.

See, I personally don't think Johnnyflip should be outwordly screwing with the IRS. Posting in here sure, but to continually be in their face is asking for problems............stirring the hornets nest.

Are you based in the US, and are you advising people what to do obviously as US citizens? What about foreigners?

You face a 25k fine for arguing that an amendment to the constitution is illegal because it was never ratified? How is this possible? And haven't there been several Supreme Court cases that ruled that personal income was not taxable?

No no! Not at all, you seem to be committed to the path, and believe me, I find no fault in your research. But then, all I have the courage to do is admit openly that I recognize the injustice for what it is - because in the end despite all the legal machinations and mental gymnastics necessary to justify income tax - even accepting that - it goes against the spirit of the Constitution.

I know that nowadays that doesn't count for spit. But there it is.

I am not allergic, by the way. I am only talking about income tax here. I used to work for the Treasury Department after I got out of the Air Force. I always wondered why I paid taxes on money for working for the Federal Government of the U.S.
So my money for my labor for working for the Govt. ,goes back to the Govt., for my taxes on my labor, which is taxable, but not really, since the income tax is illegal, but my paycheck was deducted without my permission, for the income tax on the money that I made with the labor that I put forth for the U.S. govt, that was taxed the moment I worked the hours that are taxable, the money which is nothing more than worthless green and white paper that we are supposed to pay taxes on as soon as its issued.... REALLY??? Am I the only one who sees the complete ridiculousness of this????

LAWYERS THAT DENOUNCE THIS FARCE ARE FINED 25K, for even questioning the validity of a law that does not exist. HELLO!!! HELLO!!! The spirit of the Constitution?? REALLY??
So you are saying that the "spirit of the Constitution" compels every single working American to pay an illegal tax?
No offense my friend but that, to me, is in direct opposition to the "spirit of the Constitution".

You pay income taxes voluntarily. You are right not to pay.

You battle will be an uphill one but Some people have won... Others lost.

All I can say is Good Luck, and keep us posted.

I think you might be the first person from ATS to do this..

While we are here some one needs to post a link to "Arron Russos Freedom to Facisim" to help illustrate the point of your actions .

Good job man.

I look forward to hearing about everything.

I get the thread, Saw the docustory and was as pissed as everyone else, but do I want to end up in court, loose my house and spend time in jail cause I don't have the kind of MONEY it takes to fight a battle like that. NO

You misunderstand. I am agreeing with you. I don't feel income tax is justified by the Constitution - sorry if you think I was justifying it.

Ok, If I am not going to argue with you. But here is an American fact. If you own anything like a home, Boat, property. anything of value to the IRS, they will have it, if you Choose not to pay your income taxes. again here in the good ole USA.If you have nothing then they can't do much about it but bully you.

You file every year and get 100% of your income tax back...but they are still withholding for a year...did you get the money back plus interest?(cause you are lending it to them for the year)

OOOHHH, burn, another very valid question. Imagine how much interest is gained on the money from the year before that is EVERYONES total of tax liability added together in one interest bearing fund or account. THEN, add up everyones' current tax liability for the current year.
The Federal Reserve makes money on the money on the interest that you as a collective have already been deemed liable for. The end result is a convoluted 3000 page tax code that is all but indecipherable.
