Mind Control: The True Tale of Manipulation

For years the topic of mind control has been the subject of ethics, power and control. But what are the possibilities? Is mind control just a theory or is it something much more dangerous? The Reality is mind control has not only been practiced, but could have already been mastered. Some symptoms of mind control can include, but are not limited to the following: Sensations of heat and cold on various parts of my body. Manipulation of sense of taste. Manipulation of vision. Manipulation of sense of touch. Severe and painful headaches that appear out of nowhere. Trouble dreaming, feeling that your dreams are being stolen or trouble seeing your dream.

To get a better understanding of how the above symptoms could happen. We must first identify what progress has been made in mind control and if mind control even exists.

Government Projects

Project Moonstruck, 1952, CIA:

Projects

Project Moonstruck is a rather interesting project, with a lot still unknown about it. But the above information is very scary if you understand the meaning behind them. Electronic implants were inserted in the Brain and in the Teeth, the teeth are highly important. I cannot stress this enough, because this is the only PROJECT that clearly states that teeth were used to control the mind. Now why is this important? I will get into that very soon, but first lets continue with some meanings that you may or may not understand.

HF - ELF transceiver implants, HF is High Frequency and ELF is Extra Low Frequency or Extremely Low Frequency which ever you may prefer. And the electronic stimulation is basically the way to control the mind. Why is the preceding information so important? Because ladies and gentlemen, HF and ELF frequencies have gathered much government support and testing has sky rocketed in the last few years. For instance, HAARP which is also known as High frequency Active Auroral Research Program.

What is HAARP?

HAARP stands for The High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program. The goal of this program is to further advance our knowledge of the physical and electrical properties of the Earth's ionosphere which can affect our military and civilian communication and navigation systems. The HAARP program operates a world-class ionospheric research facility located in Gakona, Alaska.

The question now is the danger that this brings, many scientist have stated their worries of it as a very powerful weapon, for more info about this please check out, HAARP- The Weapon (Scroll down a little ways and you will see it). Not only HAARP, but other frequencies as well. As stated above, teeth are mentioned clearly in the above as the object used to attain a signal. This got me questioning what was going on and so I decided to do some research on the subject. And what I discovered is not only interesting, but potentially frightening.

What could be used instead of a brain implant which I am sure would be difficult. What is the next best thing? The teeth implant. Why is this the best thing? Because people need to take care of their teeth and where do they go to take care of their teeth? The Dentist.

Yes ladies and the gentlemen the dentist office, but what could be used as an implant? Dentist fillings. That’s right ladies and gentlemen, a long time ago dentist fillings were very magnetic, they had quite a few magnetic materials in them. And with a good majority of mind control projects there is evidence that electromagnetism was used as well. The following scenario is what I have compiled as potential teeth implants.

Since Extremely Low Frequencies were used in the early 40's to present day with experiments ranging from mind control to Aurora fields. But their would need to more power in these frequencies for the receiver to be able to receive the message. That’s where electromagnetism comes into play ladies and gentlemen. Electromagnetism was used to boost the signals of frequencies and magnetic objects as well. In this way the implant would not need to be very magnetic, all it would need to possess would be magnet properties for it to work and of course strong enough to receive the frequency. In this way dental fillings of the past and dental fillings of today can and still do work in these experiments.

Apparently dentist fillings are composed of mercury, copper, silver, tin, and a few other unknown metals. Just consider it for a moment, it would be perfect! Around my estimate I would assume that nearly 60% of population has at least ONE filling with some have more than one. This would be the ultimate mind control game and the ultimate mind control scenario. As we all know the human teeth and the mouth are very complicated and experiments have shown the teeth to be decently strong. But the teeth do more than just mechanical digestion; they also help us pronounce our words from our vocal cords. Even when we move, our teeth vibrate and when we speak we really vibrate. This is evident of when people with false teeth speak, the vibrations are different and it is very noticeable, because the natural tooth vibrates harmonically, a false tooth does not. Moving along, not only are the teeth important, but the nerves and the blood vessels connected to the roots of the teeth are especially important. These nerves are some of the strongest, in the body and they are extremely sensitive. If HAARP or some other machine were to deliver an E.L.F, powered by an electromagnet it is very possible that the magnetic molecules in some of the metals inside your mouth could pass along the signal, from your feelings in your tooth which vibrate with sound, to the nerve under the root, to your Brain in less than one second.

But a question comes up. Fillings of today are not magnetic, so how would this work? While this is statement is true, lets look back into history. I know for a fact that in the 30's they used magnetic fillings and the test of mind control didn't begin until the 40's. So the timeline is indeed correct for the experiments to have worked and brought the necessary results for that time. The fillings of today contain metals in which contain magnetic molecules. This is all that is necessary to carry a signal from an Extremely Low Frequency powered by an electromagnet, to the person’s brain. So know that we know that teeth fillings can be used for mind control.

Purpose: Programming behavior, creation of "cyborg" mentalities

Experiments

Drugs, electonics and electroshock. Wow we are stepping up our game here, trying to find other simplier ways to perform these technqiues. And we have some different frequencies as well, VHF stands for Very High Frequency, HF is High Frequency, UHF stands for Ultra High Frequency, modulated by Extremely low frequencies. Wow this is more than a coincidence people! This is a conspiracy. Creation of cyborg mentalities, narcoleptic trance and programming by suggestion, these are serious, this means that the person next to your or your very own neighbor could be a sitting agent until activated.

Now the reason reason electro shock would be used is to wipe the mind (erase the memory). It has been documented that the brain can suffer from severe amnesia from electroshock therapy. And the CIA confirmed that they were able to make people forget through hypnosis and they were able to control them over the phone. As stated below:

A quote from one of the documents stated:

Control of those hypnotized can be passed from one individual to another without great difficulty. It has also been shown by experimentation with these girls that they can act as unwilling couriers for information purposes.

It can be passed without great difficulty and unwilling couriers. How far is too far?

These documents reveal some very unsettling things that took place within the CIA's mind control programs.

Title: Outline of Special H Cases
Date: 7 January 1953

In a general request for volunteers [deleted names] volunteered for H [hypnosis] experimentation and were originally tested on 21 May 1951. Both girls, at this time, were nineteen years of age. These subjects have clearly demonstrated that they can pass from a fully awake state to a deep H controlled state via the telephone, via some very subtle signal that cannot be detected by other persons in the room, and without the other individuals being able to note the change.

It has been shown clearly that physically individuals can be induced into H by telephone, by receiving written matter, or by the use of code, signal, or words. Control of those hypnotized can be passed from one individual to another without great difficulty. It has also been shown by experimentation with these girls that they can act as unwilling couriers for information purposes, and that they can be conditioned to a point where they believe a change in identity on their part even on the polygraph.

Wow, the above was quite frankly scary and amazingly interesting. The subjects could be put into their alternative mind over the phone, from hand written notes and subliminal signals! That is wild, can you imagine that. The evidence also PROVES that they were successful in their experiments. And that makes it even worse and just plain frightening. However, I want to point out that they also stated "signal" interesting, because a frequency is also known as a signal. Perhaps this is in correlation with the above frequency notes. So not only could they be controlled by physical objects, but they could be controlled by something that they couldn't even see.

Date: 10 February 1954

A posthypnotic of the night before (pointed finger, you will sleep) was enacted. Misses [deleted] and [deleted] immediately progressed to a deep hypnotic state with no further suggestion. Miss [deleted] was then instructed (having previously expressed a fear of firearms in any fashion) that she would use every method at her disposal to awaken miss [deleted] (now in a deep hypnotic sleep), and failing this, she would pick up a pistol nearby and fire it at Miss [deleted]. She was instructed that her rage would be so great that she would not hesitate to “kill” [deleted] for failing to awaken.

Miss [deleted] carried out these suggestions to the letter including firing the (unloaded pneumatic pistol) gun at [deleted] and then proceeding to fall into a deep sleep. After proper suggestions were made, both were awakened and expressed complete amnesia for the entire sequence. Miss [deleted] was again handed the gun, which she refused (in an awakened state) to pick up or accept form the operator. She expressed absolute denial that the foregoing sequence had happened.

Miss [deleted] felt reluctant about participating further since she expressed her doubt as to any useful purpose in further attendance. The Operator thereupon proceeded in full view of all other subjects to explain to Miss [deleted] that he planned to induce a deep state of hypnosis now. The reaction was as had been expected. Miss [deleted] excused herself to make a telephone call (defense mechanism?). Upon her return a very positive approach was adopted by the operator whereupon a deeper, much deeper state of hypnosis was obtained.

Immediately a posthypnotic was induced that when the operator accidently dropped a steel ball in his hand to the floor ... Miss [deleted] would again go into hypnosis. Miss [deleted] then advised that she must conclude her work for the evening. She arose to adjust her hair before the mirror. The ball was dropped and she promptly slumped back into the chair and back into hypnosis. It is the opinion of the operator the Miss [deleted] if properly trained (positive approach) will continue to improve.

Examiner

Again, how scary is that. A lady who is absolutely frightened of guns, is put into a hypnotic state and then uses a gun without question. Hypnosis is again used and this time a metal ball is dropped and triggers the hypnosis and the awakening. But what is even more interesting is that she DENIED everything. This is extremely important, especially for a Manchurian candidate and a caught spy. One cannot help, but wonder how these people were tested in the field and what happened to them.

Again I want everyone to notice how the use of Frequencies are mentioned, but rarely elaborated upon in the actual reports. That is something that I consider very interesting.

MK-DELTA, 1960, CIA:

Fine-tuned electromagnetic subliminal programming

Purpose: programming behavior and attitudes in general population
Effects: fatigue, mood swings, behavior dysfunction and social criminality, mood swings

Experiments

This is probably one of the scariest programs, mainly because its purpose was to CONTROL THE GENERAL POPULATION, not by making them into cyborgs, but by programming behavior and attitudes. For instance Social Criminality, if they wanted a criminal they could create one, through Television Antennae, radio antennae, powerlines, matress spring coils. Now what did you just read? All of these things have magnetic molecules in them ladies and gentlemen. Do not forget that . Also do not forget the E.L.F and the other frequencies. Have you ever had a ringing in your ears, but don't have it often? Well since HF is being modulated to fit into an ELF stimulation, that means ladies and gentlemen that the rining in your ears could be from a High Frequency transmitter. Strange isn't it, while it is not always the case it is most certainly a possibility.

PHOENIX II, 1983, U.S.A.F, NSA:

Location: Montauk, Long Island
Electronic multi-directional targeting of select population groups
Targeting: Medium range
Frequencies: Radar, microwaves. EHF UHF modulated
Power: Gigawatt through Terawatt
Purpose: Loading of Earth Grids, planetary sonombulescence to stave off geological activity, specific-point earthquake creation, population programming for sensitized individuals
Pseudonym: "Rainbow", ZAP

Experiment

This one is just ridiculous, seriously. Specific Point Earth quake creation? Why on earth would someone want that kind of power? Along with population programming for sensitized individuals. What sensitized means is still up for debate, some believe psychic individuals and others believe past victims of government abduction. The Phoenix II project is now referred to as the Montauk Project as stated below.

The Montauk Project (especially the EM/RF mind control aspect) was reactivated--more like exhumed from the grave--in 1988, and a phase of the project was carried out at Camp Hero until around 1992. There are some indications that security had then become excessively problematical, as the first Montauk Project book by Nichols and Moon had been published and curiosity seekers and others were becoming far too prevalent and nosy. There are other rumors of conflicts among different groups over the use of the facility, and in 1993 the Montauk Project moved out.

The Project was eventually reorganized at Robins Air Force Base near Atlanta. However, after a period of time it seems Project directors realized that certain aspects of the Project just couldn't be implemented adequately other that at Camp Hero, due it would seem likely to the geomagnetic characteristics of Montauk. Additionally, directorship of the Montauk Project appears to have shifted to the Navy at this time, as has occurred with HAARP. A linking of some elements of the Montauk Project to HAARP, previously often suspected and which may have already existed, has now been proved to be underway at the Camp Hero location.

Experiment

Large group management and behavior control and this time it is stated as Electronic directed targeting. Why electronic? I am not sure, but some believe that their is a weapon that is in the control of the military that can use the brains electric currents to slow down and stop. While I have never seen any official reports, it is highly possible a weapon exists.

Experiment

This is really bad, the target is the entire population of the United States, but this time they are going to use High Frequencies and Ultra Low Frequencies, instead of modulating it with Extremely Low Frequencies. They want to implement this through TV and radio communication. Processing for mass electromagnetic control, important! Remember what was stated above, anything with a molecule that can be magnetic will be used in this plot. And this is very interesting, in this statement: Subversion of psychic abilities of population, that is interesting. Why is this such a big deal? Well according to a few psychics, electro-magnetism has the ABILITY to boost psychic tendencies.

According to pet psychics, electromagnetic energy surrounds and penetrates everything in the universe, much like the force in "Star Wars." This energy is part of the radio spectrum, but scientists haven't figured out how to detect it. Pet psychics can use energy to contact animals, no matter how far away the animals are or whether they are still living.

And if the government knows this they must subverse their abilities by either, using a HIGH FREQUENCY as stated above to potentially redirect the psychic visions. When do most psychics have a vision? In their sleep right, well guess what ladies and gentlemen, when in deep REM sleep the brain is most active because it starts to dream and the ability to hi-jack this signal is not science fiction anymore, it is already being done.

There was another article that I just could not find that demonstrated further the ability to image dreams when the person is sleeping by using the brains waves to create images. That was crazy. But if the government is so worried about psychics, does that mean we might have an advantage? Perhaps our dreams are more then what we think they are, perhaps their our gateway to getting the upper hand, when they try to take over.

Experiment

Again, they are going after the mass population of control and again they are using ELF modulations. And yet again the suppression of psychic abilities. What is going on, to me when I see something mentioned more than once and that something is very strange chances are its not a mistake and chances are the government has a fear of these psychics. Neural degeneration is also pretty interesting and can be accomplished in a variety of ways. But what got me was the DNA resonance modification. What type of modification are they going to do? And most importantly, what can they do?

HAARP, the big daddy, of all of this conspiracy. It has the ability to almost anything, it cause weather modification, mind control, alterations with DNA, and behavior modification. And there are baby HAARP's called GWEN towers:

"GWEN is a superb system, in combination with cyclotron resonance, for producing behavioural alterations in the civilian population. The average strength of the steady geomagnetic field varies from place to place across the United States. Therefore, if one wished to resonate a specific ion in living things in a specific locality, one would require a specific frequency for that location. The spacing of GWEN transmitters 200 miles apart across the United States would allow such specific frequencies to be 'tailored' to the geomagnetic-field strength in each GWEN area."

These ELF waves could cause communication interference, power failures, and weather modification designed to have a devastating effect on food production.

HAARP records disclose that when the project is up to full power, it will be able to send very low frequency and extra low frequency (VLF and ELF) waves at energy levels sufficient to affect entire regional populations. What other objective can there be but to control people?

Experiment

This is very scary: Emotional wavelengths, data gathering through helocopter probes following media events - rebroadcast in order to restimulate population emotional levels for recreation of event scenarios. Do you know what this means? They control what we see, basically we are what we are programed to be And nothing more. How awful of a society that would be? The question is now, are we living in it or are we on the verge?

But we are not quite done, the rabbit hole gets deeper and the above is very important, emotional wavelengths have two scenarios.

1) Emotional Wavelengths are very complicated to understand. Here is something very cool, emotions are contagious.

Emotional contagion is the tendency to catch and feel emotions that are similar to and influenced by those of others.

2) And/or a stimulus is being used to control the population in small quantities already and we are seeing the escalation of a larger scale developing.

How so? Well emotion can be affected by depression or happyness. But what creates issues with this? A stimulus that you may not know of and one that I didn't know of until late last year.

A vast array of pharmaceuticals — including antibiotics, anti-convulsants, mood stabilizers and sex hormones — have been found in the drinking water supplies of at least 41 million Americans, an Associated Press investigation shows.

Study Finds Are Shocking

This is huge! How is a person supposed to have a balanced mentality if what they are drinking contains medicines that have the potential to alter the persons mentality DRASTICALLY. Also a new study has found:

Tests on leading brands of bottled water turned up a variety of contaminants often found in tap water, according to a study released Wednesday by an environmental advocacy group.

Lets not forget that the contamination in the water, could also be used as implants. That is highly important.

With appropriate modulation, the perception of various sounds can be induced in clinically deaf, as well as normal, human subjects at a distance of inches up to thousands of feet from the transmitter. With somewhat different transmitter parameters, we can induce the perception of severe buffeting of the head, without such apparent vestibular symptoms as dizziness or nausea. Changing transmitter parameters again, one can induce a "pins-and -needles" sensation.

According to more research the questions of the ability of mind control seemed to continue, but according to researchers and scientist, we have either already perfected it or very close to perfecting it. In the below article it states that:

Laboratory fertilization of human embryos is already possible, and researchers are working on techniques to alter genes to prevent diseases. One critic of modern genetic techniques, Jeremy Rifkin, believes that political preferences could eventually be spliced into human beings.

"Attempts to reform the internal blueprint of the human species will raise the ominous specter of biological caste systems," says Rifkin. "When the individual can be programmed at conception, political power becomes more absolute and human freedom more elusive."

Closer at hand are subliminal-suggestion techniques widely used in advertising. With one called time compression, computers can squeeze human speech into a smaller time frame, thus allowing advertisers to tuck more information into commercials. The listener is not aware of the speech manipulation.

Another method is to insert messages onto television or movie screens at such a fast pace that viewers aren't aware that they are seeing them. Promoters say the technique can have powerful results when used over several months.

"People fear the use of subliminal advertising because they really don't understand how the subconscious mind works," says Stephen McDaniel, assistant professor of marketing at Texas A&M University. "Some perceive it as a form of brainwashing and don't like the idea of receiving information and not consciously knowing it."

Much of the work done with microwaves was developed by Project Pandora, which was put into place by the Advanced Research Projects Agency (ARPA) at the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research to study the effects of microwaves that were being beamed into the American Embassy in Moscow by the Russians. Some of the findings of the scientists involved with Pandora are quite disturbing. Dr. Joseph C. Sharp and engineer Mark Grove were able to hear and distinguish one-syllable words by pulse-modulated microwaves.13

Microwaves can also alter the permeability of the body’s blood-brain barrier,14 which can synergistically increase the effects of drugs, as the military is well aware. “Using relatively low-level RFR, it may be possible to sensitise large military groups to extremely dispersed amounts of biological or chemical agents to which the unirradiated population would be immune.”15

Sound can be transmitted even easier through the use of implants – cochlear implants, implants that send electrical signals into the fluid of the inner ear, or implants that transmit sound vibrations via bone conduction, such as the cases of dental fillings picking up audible radio signals. The stimoceiver, invented by Dr. Jose Delgado, consists of wires running from strategic points in the brain to a radio receiver/transmitter located entirely under the skin. Through this device, Delgado was able to stimulate raw emotions such as arousal, anxiety, and aggression with the turn of a knob.16

Of course, secret research by the US Government into microwaves and synthetic telepathy has moved on considerably since the end of the Cold War.

That experiment was suggested by the behavior of the monkeys we cited. These animals went through a sequence of behavior which would indicate that something besides thermal effects was operating.

To discover if this "something" was subjectively noticeable by an individual, a weak oscillator swept through the band of 300 to 600 MC with the request that the subject indicate any points at which he might notice anything unusual. The subjects were not allowed to see the dial.

Completely far fetched. How powerful would this wave have to be...very id say. How would they code a message so that it is conducted by your filling then passed through your nervous system, other than a signal of pain, to produce effects like mind control?

Ok, fair point, the wave might be able to pass through the soft parts of the body.

How strong the signal is after passing through is yet to be discussed, but then back to my point of how that wave would even be able to transmit such a signal that it affects my nervous system to produce signals to my brain which in turn manipulate me is somewhat far fetched.

If not, please show me how this might happen.

Yes, we do not have sufficient logic to explain the brain's workings. Those with a higher degree of intuition and appreciation for nuance, however, build higher and higher understandings of the forces affecting human thought. This nuance in understanding was developed ages ago, by the Sumerians or even earlier. It was also developed independently in the eastern world, such as in China. The east, even though it has its fair share of atrocities, developed through at attempt to unify these understandings, at least at the common level. The west has developed as a master/slave culture, one which massively exploits the concept of duality. Why do you think the west invented the binary computer? People have become slaves to the slave mentality,and have hence become masters at control. The thing is, control merely for the sake of control, robotizes people, including the programmers. I think people in the west (and many in the east) have been sleeping for millenia. We are about to collectively wake up. See you on the other side.

Did you read the thread? I am sure it is explained in the above. The frequencies are very powerful and the implants, if thats what you want to use, make the success rates skyrocket, as posted in the OP's. They have had successful experiments as stated above and their success rate is pretty cool. I have ideas of how they do they it, but I do not know the specifics or else I would be making my own and earning 100 Billion dollars a years..lol..

Alsi implants are not the only way to control people. Infact, people without implants can be controlled with different wave lengths. For instance ELF modulated wave lengths can affect nearly everyone, because the body itself is composed of wave lengths, infact nearly everything is composed of waves. The Brain runs on frequencies and electrical charges. You block those waves and inhibit your own continuous waves or just overlap the brains regular waves you will have that person controlled. Thats just the very basic version.

This mind control technology exists

The ELF that are sent by the satellite start off as waves of higher frequency and by the time they reach the brain they match the frequency of the brain (8-10MZ)

Hmm, i not entire sure what to make of all of this then. I know i am not being controlled, influenced most definitely, but controlled...no.

When it comes to controlling how people behave i think it is A LOT harder than just waves on a mass scale, otherwise it would have been done already.

Surely the energy required to overlap someone else's frequencies would have to be substantial. To first make it through your skull and then to override the electrical pulses already present.

An implant maybe, but I havent had my skull pried apart as of late.

Good idea, i can see where you are going with it. However, Id say its more plausable to say TV is more of a brain control than waves emitted from somewhere local that resonate with your filings which in turn send nervous impulses to your brain, which in turn control your frequency out put etc.

It has already been shown that watching TV changes the wave type your brain emits, you start emitting beta-waves, which puts your brain into an almost sleep-like state, meaning your more suggestable etc.

Yea, thats what I put in the thread. It has TV and the manipulation and basically everything that you can hope for..lol.. I think the reason it hasn't been used yet is that its still being developed or fine tuned, if you know what i mean. Especially with HAARP, because that project is still young and that is what i believe will be helpful. But of course it won't affect everyone, because some of us won't process the signals and other necessary tools.

A very disturbing book on this subject is "Brice Taylor - Thanks For The Memories". The book is out of print now and i think very expensive second hand, last time i looked it was ($100+). I have an e-book version i have read a couple of times, like i said disturbing but a very good read.
