Candle light
midnight light
creeping into the depths
of the lingering shadows,
Waiting till dawn
to kiss the early morning sunrise
and fresh due of the printed
flowered petals,
cease my hidden arrows
of past unwanted dues.

Through thunderous storms . .that wreak havoc,
candle light comforts, . . we must have it.
Candle light . . so simple and so quiet,
Yet it relieves our inner fears . .of the darkness.
Then again, it offers privacy and mood when used
to view her face across the table. Her eyes catch the flame,
while her face remains in sensual shadow.
Candle light gives of itself, and is welcomed by all.
There is nothing more comforting than to read by candle light
on a rainy night. To touch lips in the flickering light, of a draft of wind.

To light the way of your heart.
Your inner passions, the glow of candle light.
take it into your heart.
All you need is a match to start a light.
But once light you have that candle lit, be cautious.
candle light may spread through the night.
All it takes is a little candle light.
