I get out 1 day a Month and miss all the "Fun"

Well...shall we wait with baited breath on this one, and see if KD's other two mentions are destined for "Boot Hill" as well?

How do you manage to impersonate the Feds?

I have one question, was it a 25man or a 40man raid? We haven's seen many 40man raids in years though, so I assume 25man.

Ok ok, ill shut up with the enerd jokes.

Why aren't we people calling this for what it is, a Bank Robbery?

They had, through private lending, a 300 million dollar emergency loaned lined up. However the nature of this bank makes it much different than others that have been sold.. For one, the bank is wide spread and was very poorly managed.. the likelihood of failure was still high enough after the 300 million that it was a very risky loan. In all probability this loan was backed by the FDIC, and was going to be Subsidized by the FDIC. The private entity that hasn't been named (probably a big bank) dropped out of the dealings.

Same thing happened to CIT I hear.. their private lender, Goldman Sachs, may have dropped the negotiations, or CIT may have withdrawn after establishing their situation is not as bad as first thought. I have heard both stories.
