How do you even know which Kenyan BC she's presenting...you do know that several have been presented at various places...don't you? At least 6
different Kenyan BC's have been presented all over the net.
I'll need to know where it's been announced that she is presenting a fake birth certificate that has officially been ruled a forgery. I won't just
take your word for it. Although in the end, it matters little. He had a foreigner for a father. If you are actually up on the issue, then you know why
he cannot be POTUS.
As for her intelligence, her record speaks for itself. She still has the strongest case against Mister Obama. Even Law schooled lawyers like Phil
Berg, who have tons more legal experience than Taitz, have not been able to keep their cases going. Nor have they used the mass media as Taitz has
been able to do, to get their arguments heard.
Since she has indeed proven herself intelligent IMO, I can only conclude that maybe you have a problem with her physical appearance or her foreign
accent and way of speaking. After all, you have yet to provide an actual example of her being unintelligent. Only volunteering that it looked that way
on the news.
How did she look unintelligent?
What did she say that was unintelligent?
Did she make some kind of serious mistake?
What was it?
Did she loose an argument?
Was she proven definitely wrong on the air?
How?
Or again, is it that you just didn't like how she looked/spoke?
Dual citizen now, or at birth...it's irrelevant. The fact is that Mister Obama has or has had a dual citizenship. That makes him disqualified to be
POTUS. Having a dual citizenship at ANY time removes Natural born status if indeed he had it in the first place (Obama did not).
You defacto call Taitz unintelligent, and yet seem to lack knowledge of her key arguments....hmmm.
The inclusion of the fact of his mothers age at his birth, only makes is status as a citizen even more unlikely. When she gave birth to Obama, she was
not old enough, nor had she been in American for a long enough period of time to confer upon him US citizenship. According to the laws at the time.
He may not have any US citizenship at all. And could be an Indonesian/British citizen.
Also, you can keep that "Birther" label to yourself. I do not appreciate you trying to apply that to me. I am not a Birther, I am a Libertarian who
sees the US Constitution violated every second Mister Obama is in office.
