The Constitution is a well-established historical document which has been open to study since it was authored.
You and others are trying to divert deficiencies with Obama by attacking those who speak against him. Label them as right-wingers, tea-baggers,
birthers, deathers.

Obama basically endorsed Bush's torture policy, has not closed Gitmo, has not investigated torture, has not opened the Patriot Act for review or
repeal, taken ownership of GM and thrown out hundreds of years of established bankruptcy laws, shoveled Trillions of dollars to financial institutions
and voted for TARP.
He is attempting to rush through bills, which would do sweeping changes to our country with little debate (Bush style) and attacking critics the same
way Bush did.
His appointees have been tax cheats, left wing extremists and avowed socialists.
He has associated himself with domestic terrorists and racists.
He rode in on people's hope that he would be something different.
He's not.
He's not an Abraham Lincoln, Teddy Roosevelt, John F Kennedy, Bill Clinton or Ronald Reagan.
He's a chameleon, an impersonator, a shape shifter
A fraud.
