A Cabinet minister has dramatically broken ranks to declare that Gary McKinnon should face justice in the UK and that the current extradition deal with America is unfair.
The explosive intervention by Peter Hain is a massive boost to the Daily Mail's campaign to halt the extradition of the Asperger's sufferer, who faces 60 years in a U.S. jail for computer hacking.

They should step it, there's no way hes going to get a fair trial here in the US. Life is more important, and it silly to waste it to make an example.
