Hmm... Sounds like they are already using Martial Law to keep disease from spreading. I know, I know... they are a Communist State and Martial Law shouldn't be so shocking.

However,

Suppose their Quarantine method works though. Sort-of gives the US good principle to employ it during Flu Season. They would argue that if it helped with the Plague in China... Something that History has shown is a scary little outbreak, then why not use it here to prevent the Spread of Swine Flu.

FEMA and NORTHCOM would get to embark in their unholy union of dragging Americans to Death Camps to prevent spreading.
