Dexy's version of a Northern Soul classic.

I think they do it justice.

And here's the original

Another great Levellers cover, shame there's no good video of them playing it live though.

And here's the better known original

A little known number by Rev Hammer.

And my last Levellers cover, probably one of their least known one's, but a truly beautiful song.

My Dad was, and still is, a masive Buddy Holly fan and I grew up listening to him.

But he also got me into The Rolling Stones at a very young age, and this is a blinding cover.

Last one I think, here's the great Stiff Little Fingers covering The Jam's Smithers Jones.
It's a rare Bruce Foxton penned song.
Bruce played with SLF for a number of years after The Jam split up.

And the original

And the best version of all, The Jam's classic acoustic version

The Clash have had massive impact on me and how I view life.
Mike Ness is a man I have enormous respect for.
Can it get any better?

And Social D doing a Stones number

And another Jagger / Richards tune
