Just look at what's always active here. If it's not about Obama's BC it's about some other political crap. Them rednecks are overrunning this site.

How many of those disagreeing with this have actually gone and read the detailed policy documents on this?

No, if you read past the tabloid reports you would see that families must sign a contract before moving into a monitored residence. Once there however penalties can be issued, this is non negotiable; no one has to sign up to this and there are two other tiers to go through plus a qualifying programme to pass before a family has the chance to use this service.
