Hi Maria, I don't know, none of us know if it is authentic, more then likely either way, whether proven or disproven, people will not be satisfied.

I just can't believe an attorney or Keyes would put themselves out there like this without some idea what is going on.

How about that list of plaintiffs we should check out who those people are too.

Honestly, if he was found to be illegal to hold the office of president,

That's right.

And Kenya was a British colony until 12th December 1963. This child was born in 1961 ... so the original birth certificate won't be endorsed "Republic of Kenya" at all, it'll have the Royal coat of arms stamped on it.

Another thing.

Although Kenya gained independence from Britain on 12th December 1963 it didn't become a Republic until December 1964 when it's new constitution took effect.

So why does a birth certificate issued in February 1964 have Republic mentioned on it at all ?

Besides, Obama is doing things right now in office that are atrocious and any opposition should be concentrating on that instead. What is better to attack, a birth certificate that can be forged or covered up or 60 appointed czars that believe weird stuff like forced population control.


I am sure most can hold two thoughts in their head at one time..and sure that people are desperately concerned over all the other stuff.
I don't think this is about which party he belongs to, or what race he is or anything other than wanting the truth from those elected. If someone is found to be a liar, a cheat and a fraud even before they take office, you really want that? So then would you be able to trust a word they said? You would trust their actions?

I don;t know if he is eligible or not. The issue is much bigger than a piece of paper. It is actually about people, on behalf of even those screaming racists at them, making a point that we all now know what the powers that be have been up to for the last 50 years. We are disgusted and appalled at the corruption, immorality, the deaths, murders and the total abuse of that power mainly for their own profit and greed. We now want the elected to be totally accountable and not to abuse or kill the very people they are representing and supposed to be serving.

And most importantly it is a message that the people are watching what our leaders, or the elite behind them are doing. The game is up...the people want accountability, honesty, morality, fairness and justice. Once truth is out it is out and cannot be retracted about all the corruption.
They can't control the whole world...and the world is watching.
They can vaccinate and cart most off to camps...but the rest of the world is still watching...

I've been on the internet looking for other examples. Can't find any.
I can't find info on the 'registrar' or the others listed.

Actually I just posted what was given to me. And I won't reveal the source(s) unless he/she/they want to be revealed. That kinda puts a kink into the investigation of the document, but that's the best I can do. I'm preparing some questions to ask the source ...

Even Orly Taitz, the atty on this case is not sure if it is real, but, at least she is following proper procedure in requesting the courts to authenticate this document.

See the court filing here

So now we wait to see if the courts will grant the request IF THEY DO, then we wait for verification or proof of forgery.

SO while this appears to be the "smoking gun" that (us) "Birthers" have been waiting for, really it is just another question in the list of questions that we have.

I will be closely following the decision of the courts for the request to authenticate. I hope this judge has the stones to allow this document to be authenticated, regardless of what the results of that will be.

Unfortunately, I expect the request to be denied

There is another bigger point that is being missed here. The fact is the government has been breaking the Constitution for years and they have been getting away with it. If Obama was truly ineligible, it is just another example.


Thank you for clarifying what I was trying to say. The real issue is "is this a nation of law" with checks and balances as written in the Constitution? If the courts allow this to take its proper course then we are a nation of law, the fact it has not shows the dry rot within the system

As an American citizen this is disquieting because it means we the citizens have lost all control of our government. The issue is not the person but whether our system of law is working. We are all sitting on the tiger waiting to see if he will turn on us. A very long home grown terrorist list, a joint civil/military prison with a built in court - the whole situation is disquieting. If it was McCain on the throne we would hear the screaming from MA to CA, since it is a black and democratic Congress the activist are content in attacking those raising questions. Divide and Conquer
