It proves that the Kenyan BC is VERY easy to forge... It has no markings or seals to prevent it.

I simply posted it to show that ANYONE with the motivation could have forged it.

Its not empirical proof of a forge no, but does go to show how easy it is to do... Much easier than a Hawaii one...

Really? The Hawaiin one has been debunked and the "fightthesmears" website it appeared on his vanished. Thus far, this one has not been proven to be false.

If this document IS a fake, I certainly hope it is exposed ASAP. I think we'll know a lot more in the next couple of days.

I call for the document to be authenticated.

First, the hospital is Coast Provincial General Hospital (sometimes said to be Coast Province General Hospital), not Coast General Hospital.

Second, Kenya was a Dominion the date this certificate was allegedly issued and would not become a republic for 8 months.

Third, Mombasa belonged to Zanzibar when Obama was born, not Kenya.

Fourth, Obama's father's village would be nearer to Nairobi, not Mombasa.

Fifth, the number 47O44-- 47 is Obama's age when he became president, followed by the letter O (not a zero) followed by 44--he is the 44th president.

Sixth, EF Lavender is a laundry detergent.

Seventh, would a nation with a large number of Muslims actually say "Christian name" (as opposed to name) on the birth certificate?

Eigth, his father (born in 1961) would have been 24 or 25 when he was born and not 26.

Ninth, it was called the "Central Nyanza District," not Nyanza Province. The regions were changed to provinces in 1970.


The birthers got taken in hook, line, and sinker with this one. It's some kind of cosmic alignment of hilarity and pitifulness and it's awesome to see it.

But I do not think it was a mistake. It's too simple to repair and to realize for it to be a mistake. So for now I say it's all planned : including letting the masses know the president is not legal.

Sorry, but there IS a seal on the purported Obama Kenyan BC in the lower left-hand corner. There is NOT a seal on the blank BC form somebody downloaded from DU.

It was factcheck.org that examined the Hawaii BC and the site is still there. I have yet to see any proof that its a fake.

Just to be fair I went to the site despite the warning and it crashed my IE all 5 times I tried. I hear it works for others but it didn't for me.

This is the kind of stuff I hear on a daily basis from all manner of strangers and otherwise intelligent people. I try not to let it get to me but GROW UP. There was no .5% voter difference trickery or massive black movement that won this election, black people are 13% of the country, so its still us WHITE PEOPLE who put him in office. If you don't like Obama keep your mouth shut and stop interupting the more important operations of this country by forcing the president to defend his potition every 5 minutes. I would hope we're better than that as a people, and if we're not, hopefully you guys will either go away, or I will. I simply have reached my end of this bible thumping subversively racist crap I hear on a daily basis.

I would love for Socialism to take hold just so to show these idiots it doesn't mean government assigned jobs and forced labor camps. I've made crap money doing highly skilled jobs, I've made 40 bucks an hour WATCHING CONCRETE DRY(NO JOKE) and I've made fair money for a fair days work but in all 3 of those scendarios I paid 35-40% of my paycheck to fica, ssi, and god knows what else and STILL had to buy my own healthcare. I would have gladly paid more taxes to know that everyone I know is taken care of during the hard times. Now during my hard time, I used nothing, no SSI, no Unemployment, no help at all, just my hopes that I'm better than those 600 other people applying for this low paying crap job. Its been 1 3/4ths years since I worked and I'm pretty tired of capitalism let me tell ya.

So all I'm saying is give him a fair shake, if you dont like him because he _might_ make us socialist, understand its a great system, if you don't like him because hes black, kill yourself. If your one of the few _true_ constitutionalist, then go for blood do your thing.

I now skip to the last page of all birther threads, because usually the hoax or weak assertion is busted by then and someone with common sense and deductive reasoning has shattered yet another over zealous attempt to disqualify the president with nothing more than a few "what if's".

And Kenya was a British colony until 12th December 1963. This child was born in 1961 ... so the original birth certificate won't be endorsed "Republic of Kenya" at all, it'll have the Royal coat of arms stamped on it.

Although Kenya gained independence from Britain on 12th December 1963 it didn't become a Republic until December 1964 when it's new constitution took effect.

So why does a birth certificate issued in February 1964 have Republic mentioned on it at all ?

No, in many documents it was using "Republic of Kenya" by 1963.
