I think your right to an extent but it isn't about racism.What scares people is socialism this isn't the first time in American history this occurred . This is almost an exact repeat of President Franklin Delano Roosevelt there were scandals being tossed around people were working to get him removed from office.And one of there arguments was his health during his 4th term and he is also the reason term limits were set for the president people didnt want a repeat. Its funny how history repeats itself some times.

Can anyone just answer me one question? Why not just get all the evidence on BOTH sides and settle this in court once and for all? Why is the administration doing everything in its power to keep this away from the court system?

Edit to add: Why doesnt he just release a copy of his long form birth certificate and have it verified. That one document would put an end to all of this madness.

What are we supposed to say and what is it supposed to prove? That the region of the country with the largest numbers of black americans think Obama may not be of US origin? It would seem, if the race card fall back must always be used, that the graph actually contradicts the conventional liberal argument that its only racists that question this issue. Trust me, a lot of blacks are leary of the man just like whites are. This is not the racial issue some like to pretend it is.

Great Thread.....But let's get it right, no one has their original BC. You get a certified copy, period. The actual BC is on file, somewhere in the system. Some say it is lend for the past bankruptcy of the USA, Inc. But that is another topic for another thread.

That's a good point. And I also thought about that. But am I correct is saying that these things (questioning his birth cert., states expressing their desire to separate from the USA, etc.) these things started up even before he moved into the white house?

That's how it looked to me, but I could be wrong. If I am right then man, that's weird. Did people fear Obama taking a social direction for the country even before he was inaugurated?

But you know when people use an excuse like the constitution just to justify their agenda, no matter what that might be, I believe that's hypocrisy.

Highly discredited? Hardly. Take off your Obama-colored glasses for a moment and you will see that if this document is a fake, it's a very good one. I'm not saying that I'm certain it's real. Ok i’m not an Obama supporter or anything (I hate the guy).

But I have a question about the Birth Cert, it states at the bottom “Republic of Kenya” but Kenya was not declared a republic until December 12, 1964. Yes Kenya became independent from the United Kingdom in December 1963, but a republic was not declared until the end of 1964. So why does it state “Republic of Kenya” on the form when all dates on the form are before a republic was declared?

Anyone explain?
