For crying out loud....
How hard is it for you to understand not to just cut and paste whole articles here? We can all go there and read. You could provide a few sentences and a link...then YOUR thoughts and why this is something of interest to the ATS community at large.

There is not one word here that is yours at all, save the word sad used as the link. Is this just about the points for you, our are you actually interested in quality of your posts and ATS in general?
