Police bait car program lands couple who reported suspicious car in court

statesman.com

When Mark Douglas Ledford came home on Nov. 29, 2007, to find a strange green Honda Accord parked near his house with the windows rolled down and the keys in the ignition, he suspected trouble.

Who had left the car there, and why? What if something strange was going on? Shouldn't the police investigate?

Soon after, those questions got answered. But instead of helping uncover a crime, Ledford and then-girlfriend Asia Ward found themselves arrested and accused of one.

Why are these stories pouring out lately? It seems like someone is trying to convince us to mind our own business.

From the same article a quote by the accused man:

"To hell with being a concerned citizen," Ledford said. "You hear stories of someone getting mugged and no one gets involved. Now I see why."

Looks like he learned his lesson.

So we have guy catches purse theif, gets fired. Woman calls in robbery not mentioning the suspects race, gets called a racist by the country. Couple worries about suspicious abondoned car, calls police who nothing (unbeknownst to them there was a "good" reason), investigate it themselves, get arrested and charged with burglary.

Just keep walking the next time you feel compelled to do some good in the world...

This is actually why we all should stop and help.

Think about it, if the MSM and TPTB don't want us to stop and help then by definition it's something we all SHOULD do.

It does seem strange then when they also seem to be trying to get us to snitch on people who commit crimes - although thinking about it, those phone lines are usually for when you are 'stealing from the government' ie claiming SS while working etc.

Anyway as usual the messages are mixed to cause the maximum confusion and malcontent.

Which is funny because usually they want us to be suspicious and afraid of our neighbors. They typically want us to believe the person next door could be a sex offender, terrorist, murderer, etc...

This truly is a frightening trend further proving that justice is absent from the so called justice system and the world in general...
