Need support for INACT Progam

Hi,

I'm writing this for a friend of mine who is in the INACT program which is part of the S.T.O.P Court here in Portland Oregon.

He's looking for anyone that is in the same program and REALLY needs someone from the same program for support. He's super clean (passing all his UAs) and always has been, he's NEVER had any addictions ever.

However, he has gone through the same class multiple times and has been attending for 6 months with pristine attendance records.

Can anyone help me help my friend? Plz! U2U me if you are going through the same program and for more details of why he's in the prgm.
