Do you really believe this guy is so bad that he shouldn't even have contact with co-prisoners? You think this guy is as bad as those rapists? Those killers? Those child molesters?

Why do you act as if this guy has started a war against your GOD? It seems to me that Americans are worshiping America. The new GOD, don't disrespect its symbol hence the flag or you will get arrested.

All I can say at this dismal point is, "I'm glad the shoe bomber didn't shove it down his pants instead."

We'd all be dropping trou at the airport, and it's big enough pain inne adz to have to take off your belt and shoes.

I fly about once a week, and I'm seriously thinking about a double-loop of 1/4" braided nylon rope instead of a belt.

Ironic that......... a more formidable weapon that anything that I've ever seen thrown away at the airport.

Actually no one declared anything until you went and invaded a country, removed its government based on freaking suspicion that Osama bin Laden being involved in the 9/11 attacks. Taliban asked for evidence, if evidence were to be provided they would hand Osama to the US.

So who started the war? When you invade a country, that is not the declaration of war but war has already started. When you invade two Muslim countries and have armies all across the Middle East similar to colonization then yeah people will be pissed off. People died to get rid of the British colonization and people are happy that it is gone but wait a minute, aren't Russia, Britain, France and other retarded countries involved in colonization right now? When the ultimate state matter is in your hand then that land is colonized by you, that is what has happened around the world. The world was divided after WWII any historian would tell you that. See if you connect the dots you would see all these actions are for self interest, have you ever heard of the American interest? I'm sure you have.

Now let's examine the actions of the shoe bomber and the motives behind it. A rapist rapes for self interest, the Jets that bomb countries are self interest but this man's motives were due to American atrocities around the world.

Now if you were smart you would connect the smaller dots which are farther away from the central dots. OK here is what the farther dots says if you connect them. It says due to the fact that America is a Democratic society, the civilians chose the government, since the freaking government which is responsible for many atrocities across the world is selected by the American people, it means in certain individuals heads that you are as responsible as your government.

It makes perfectly sense, every time America kills Muslims in their drone attacks, missiles or jets Muslims will kill Americans in response. No justice no Peace. You want Muslims to say 'ohh don't worry you just killed my brother, I don't mind'. Knowing the culture and values of Muslims why would America even step into this uncertain direction in the first place. Every time you kill a Muslim 20 of his/her relatives will come to haunt you.

The problem is you can't hide these days; you are not safe even in your country. If Americans believe that their wrong doings will go unpunished then they are way too over their heads, just like the Germans before WWII.

This is both sad and frightening FF. This president will allow the country no breather or recovery from his actions. It's a constant onslaught. Obama's appointments are ludicrous. The amount of tax payer money spent on counter terrorism operations could have been used for a million other more productive purposes. Instead the government decides to do something which will push more people towards terrorism.

There is a common theme that seems to have been developed. Same posters and same ideologies perpetually spewing the same nonsense in different forms. Their opinions are not based on objective thought processes, but the same political babel their FOX news and Rush Limbaugh rhetoric gods spew at them.

While it is common the President will make appointments according to his party lines, people with extreme ideologies (such as the OP is with the extreme right) act like this is some wild out of the ordinary action. It is common practice in every new administartion, and it is well understood that it will happen.

The difference in rhetoric is the extremism that is plainly apparent in OPs such as this one. They wish to highlight pieces of the puzzle to fit their agenda. As well placed criticism is good for any objective thinking individual to help mold rational views of the political world that envelopes us all most of these types of thread move well pass healthy forms of criticism.

For example. The OPs opinion:

The Obama administration is letting him.

'Worship' ... or plot further jihad?
'Correspondence' ... or plot further jihad?
It's a safe bet that it's 'plot further jihad'

So, in essence the OP is alluding to the fact she thinks Obama is letting terrorists plan terrorism in our own prisons or "plot Jihad". Therefore making Obama complicit in any future terrorist acts against the U.S.

In this new form of extremism people believe none of these individuals who have been taken into custody deserve a fair trial to determine there guilt or innocence. This is mind boggling and a new form of political ideological extremism that is unparalleled. It is well beyond what any of us have ever been taught and is beyond unacceptable. It has been drilled into some peoples head that justice can only be brought by the barrel of a M-16. Traditional means of bringing a criminal to justice is no longer sufficient and anyone seeking to do harm to the U.S. must be dealt with by torture, mass bombings and secret prisons. Court rooms, judges and Habeas Corpus seem to be a thing of the past in some of these extreme individuals minds.

This kind of thinking is rampant in the South and South East where they are very susceptable to the neo- conservative views because of a long standing tradition of following the GOP and their honorable traditions of state rights. While this sort of extremism is not isolated to the right it has been taken in and accepted within communities that inherintly are evangelical. Thus creating the Obama is the antiChrist rhetoric and therefore must be something other than Christian and not worth the position that has been granted to him by the American people. And since he could be the anti-Christ he must be Muslim or anything other than Christian again making him an inferior leader. The author of this thread has stated such things herself in other threads.

This style of political pandering is mainly conjured up by opposing political parties, and their pawns (such as Fox news and their constituents for the right and MSNBC and their constituents for the left ) used as whipping boys to spread the 'good news' to the rest of the troops.

This thread is a great example of this effect.

Having people, ideas and organizations in opposition to the current party that holds power is of the utmost importance for any country striving for a balance in government, but the hate that has been generated by some is so overwhelming that it has begun to seep its way into average peoples mind that dont have a good grasp on the political history and makeup of the United States.

It is dangerous, and more people need to stand up against such extremisms.
